*Opt Out of Events

Personally I'm not a huge fan of the Valentine's event just because I'm not really interested in any of the items. Because of that, I find the notifications a little annoying because they don't go away unless you click them - and if you do that while entering horses in the riding school all your selections are wiped. I would love it if there was a way to opt out of or hide events if we aren't interested in them. Not an "opt out of all events" kind of setting, just something on the event page that allows you to skip it at any time.
