I apologize if this has been suggested before - I scrolled back through several pages and didn't see it.
The way registration for clubs currently works is that horses can either meet ALL of the set requirements for the registry, or it can be set to only require one out of a list of requirements.
I would like there to be an option that basically hybridizes the two types: where one (or more) criteria could be a definite requirement, but other criteria could fall under the "at least one" category.
As an explanation, I'll use the GV Breed club, which I admin:
The idea of the club is to welcome players with all kinds of goals, so we require that horses be Gypsy Vanners, and then meet a stat requirement OR a conformation requirement OR a gene requirement. This way, regardless of what a player focuses on, they can register their Vanners with the club.
The downside is that in order to allow in horses that only meet one of the stat/conf/gene requirements, people can request registration for horses of *any* breed, because the horse's breed is "weighed" the same as the rest.
Some of our club members have mentioned that this is a bit frustrating, because as they try to apply for registration, the dropdown doesn't narrow down the list, so they have to scroll through all of their horses, trying to make sure only to apply for horses with the right breed. When they have hundreds of horses, this can be a pain.
It's also an extra step for me, as when I manually accept horses, I have to be careful that no non-Vanners snuck in.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to require that ALL horses seeking entry be Vanners, and then could also require that they meet ONE of the other criteria.
