ISO: Layout l 200k

Hello all. I am severely bored of the layout I have right now, and just want a new one. (I get bored easily, as you can tell :3) I can offer up to 200k for it, but I can expand the budget if needed.  I want something pretty modern and sleek, and I love any monotoned theme. As far as scroll boxes and everything else goes, I don't really care. I guess just throw an example below and I'll message you if I like it. :3 No need to add a price below as this is a pretty open-ended project, unless you will require more than 200k. I really want the money to go into a very sleek layout, so just let me know if it will require more money. Thanks!
