Foal Showing

I think little shows and things would be great for foals? It gives them something to do as well as bring in more income and makes foals a little more valuable too. They'd just be simple shows that do not require a specialty, and maybe, cause there still foals they'd only have 5 rather than 10 show slots?
The shows could be something like these;
- (I have no clue what to call it but its like showing off your foal, the one with the best stats and confo or something will win)
- Training Discipline - How well your foal has been trained to lead, lunge etc
- Follow the leader - (kinda the same as training discipline) but how well the foal follows commands

Just random little things like those I think would be really cool for foals, and for ribbons and stuff, maybe there could be a separate tab/box (like the adults winnings) but called like foal show winnings or something?

How would you propose it would be judged? Anything with a "best" category would be dominated by an Andalusian or Quarter horse currently.

I think it should be by breed?
And after a certain number a wins moves on with other foals with high wins?

I mean confo would make the most sense. I know andies would still dominate but, it would be pretty fair game.

If we ever got confo shows back it would be super fun to have a foal division by breed or something. I like the idea of foal shows based off  training too, perhaps a weanling, yearling and 2yo category judged by something like the percentage of training completed? Could be one factor

If the foal shows are judged by breed, I will definitely support this idea. 

Confo shows would make sense. But I worry about the stats given to your horse for showing. I wouldn’t want to have a dressage bred foal that gains stats for racing through showing since there’s no discipline set. 

However, if the option to choose the foals discipline early and have the ability to show in that discipline to gain stats before their 3yo old year, I’d definitely be interested in that. 

If they could get points towards their training (the 1-5 one that i can't remember what it's called) that would be pretty neat and make sense.
