Leasing

I’m not sure if this has been asked before but I couldn’t find anything recent on it, but I suggest making leasing apart of the game. I believe if leasing was implemented and an incentive for it then there would give newbie players and those low on funds a way of showing quality horses. Therefore like having horses for sale instead you put your horse up for lease, and then new players can show/train a well-bred/low NSS horse and see the monetary gain for themselves. Leasing should have its advantages for both the leaser and the owner. 
Such as:

Advantages for Owner:  
Can set what the leaser can do and not do maybe they can enter the horse in shows but not breed it.  
They can set how long the horse is being leased for
Unwanted horses can be offloaded onto newbie players who can use them, they get the beauty of a well-bred/pretty horse but your still the owner and therefore the horse still belongs to you it’s just at someone else’s account but being taken care of for a few days
Maybe the owner gets a portion of the winnings??
Fewer horses to show each day but you still get a percentage of the winnings

Advantages to Leaser
Gets to play with/train/look after a well-bred horse with low NSS that they may be unable to otherwise obtain
Teaches newer players the importance of low NSS 
Allows for more people to get involved in the showing process
Showing leased horses allows you to move up the HOF

Advantages to the game:
Allows more interaction and opens more opportunities with what to do with unwanted horses
Gives new players a sense of responsibility to log on each day if they looking after someone else’s horses
More people are exposed to the importance of NSS/maybe more people start wanting to create lines of their own/become more knowledgeable with breeding horses
Is completely optional does not have to implement it if you do not want to
Breedings can be allowed or not allowed
Allows otherwise unwanted horses or spares to be used and shown
Both parties get a share of the winnings maybe 60% to the leaser 40% to the horse owner

I haven't voted either way but there would have to be something in place for the owner getting their horse back automatically if the player leasing it didn't log on for x number of days otherwise I can just see the owner having a bunch of horses locked/inaccessible on someone's account who has either quit playing the game or is off for ages.....
