Over priced items

Was wondering why there are so many heavily over priced items listed for sale. They are never going to be sold at those prices when you can by them so much cheaper elsewhere. The problem they clog up the sales lists when having to browse for other items. I think there should be a cap on items being over priced way above their game value.
