"Oh. Well, she's in Florida, so since the zombie thing started I haven't really been able to think much about her other than just being glad she's safe." 

Charity
Charity nodded, sitting up and streatching her shoulders. Auberon smirked at Outlaw then glanced outside.

Outlaw
She noticed Auberon's smirk and stopped searching, narrowing her eyes at him. "You better not have hidden that coffee..." she grumbled.

Auberon
"What? No!" Auberon said, making a face of surprise. "I just drank it all..." Regardless of his words his eyes had a gleam of playful lying in them.

Outlaw
"Lier" she huffed, seeing the gleam. She gave a mutter of triumph as she finally found it.

Auberon
"Oh, Outlaw I have news!!!!" Auberon said, bouncing on the bed slightly. "Eudora paid a visit and Hades knows I would love to kill her again!!"

Charity
Charity's eyes drifted between Auberon and Outlaw, the deep, hazel ocean obviously drowning in confused saddness, though she stubbornly blinked it away. She got up (standing there for a moment to see if she had any balance), then, after specific calculations, walked over to her backpack and grabbed a sweatshirt out of it. She was still fairly cold, and would've liked to curl up in bed, but also didn't want to cause any unneccessary anger in her mind. She was about to grab the gun, but her fingers froze, hovering above the gun as her sight was averted to Outlaw. What went through her mind in those ten seconds, I dunno, but it was dreadful enough for her to decide against the gun, and she quickly turned around to head to the outside world. She probably would have asked Ahanu to come, but afterr everything that had happened, she didn't feel like she deserved to be around him, and didn't want to tease any more negative emotions than she already had. She went down the ladder (after throwing it down, mind you), almost falling off of the last part, though she just cursed it off and threw the ladder back up. She didn't know where to go, she just wanted to run away. What exactly am I even running from?

His brows furrowed with concern and he stood. He picked up the gun and slipped it into the holster as he exited the hut. Charity had already thrown the ladder back up. She probably doesn't want me to come. He looked at the ladder a moment, then tossed it down. Once it had unfurled, Ahanu descended to the forest floor and tossed it back up. Having spotted Charity, he went to her and, not knowing what to say, simply took her hand lightly. I'm probably just making everything worse.

Charity jumped slightly when she realize Ahanu was there (she had been deep in thought and hadn't realized anything around her), but relaxed quickly after. She looked down at their hands, then at the ground. "Oh, hi... I didn't think you wanted to come."

Ahanu
"Why wouldn't I?" He said, a bit of a rhetorical question that didn't need an answer. Ahanu gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. "What's wrong?" 

Charity
Charity shrugged, not really bothering to list off a ton of answers to the first question. She squinted her eyes at the ground when she heard the second question, however. "Nothing..." She would have told him, but a lot of her doubted he'd want to hear, so she spared herself and decided she wasn't going to talk about it.

Ahanu
He didn't want to push her if she didn't want to talk about it. "Okay... I'm willing to listen if you need to talk."

Charity
"Thanks," Charity mumbled, then started walking (try not to drag him, not that she could anyways). "I don't want to though."

Ahanu
"You don't have to." She started walking, which took him off guard at first but then he got into pace beside her.

Charity
I actually have no clue where I'm going... I wish I could ditch the whole fort thing and just be alone again. The thought did make Charity feel a bit guilty, but what was she supposed to think? Part of her just wanted to resolve to her old lifestyle and not try to fight for anyone or anything, but at the same time she longed to let go of all the guilt that pressed upon her. "Thanks," she basically whispered to Ahanu, though she didn't mean for it to come out that quietly. She was still cold, but there wasn't much she could do about that, and she wanted to go back to the hut just about as much as she wanted a hammer slammed into her head. She exhaled slowly, letting her eyes half-close as she walked.

"Hey, are you up for teaching me how to ride? We can do it later if you want, too. Doesn't matter to me." In actuality, Ahanu was pretty nervous about riding (he wasn't used to such large animals, and to be honest they intimidated him) but if it would cheer Charity up he'd be willing to go do it.
