Trust Me RP

Outlaw 
She held back more shivering as she slowly sank into sleep. Her head rested on her shoulder as she finally fell asleep. 

Parker
He looked up as Sly entered, but he was focused on Auberon and must not have seen Parker away from his spot. When Auberon returned Parker watched quietly, concern written on his face. He relaxed a little when Outlaw offered the needle. "It must be getting dark, or late, or something," he muttered to himself. It was hard to tell down here.

Brooklynn 
Brooklynn nodded. "It's past midnight," she said. 

Parker
"Oh." Parker stifled a yawn. "Surprised I'm so tired," he mumbled under his breath. "Do you want me to stay or go back to my spot?" He asked, more clearly but still quietly - Outlaw appeared to be asleep.

Brooklynn 
Brooklynn shrugged. "I don't mind either way. It's up to you." Don't leave me... oh come on Brooklynn stop being so clingy and needy 

Parker
"Well, seeing as I'm nice and comfortable right now, I'll stay here." His voice held a touch of sarcasm as he mentioned being comfortable, but he was for where they were at and his back injury. He didn't want to get up and try to situate himself again.

Brooklynn 
Brooke bit her lip, remembering what she had wanted to ask. "...Where's Aline?" She whispered. 

Parker
The question brought back all the pain and guilt from her death. "They -" Parker tried to start, but his mouth had gone dry. He swallowed and started again. "They shot her." 

Brooklynn 
Brooklynn froze. "No..." she breathed. "Oh, no." You were too late, Brooke. Too late, and now she's gone and-

Parker
"I'm sorry," Parker said quietly, voice heavy. "I could have stopped them but my chains were on too tight because I forgot and now she's dead," Parker's voice broke near the end. His eyes were focused on the floor to avoid meeting anyone else's. 

Brooklynn 
Brooklynn was snapped out of her daze by Parker's words. "No," she murmured. "It's not your fault." 

Parker 
Parker shook his head. "I know. It's their fault. But I could have stopped it. I was here. And all I could do was watch." 

Brooklynn 
"I know," Brooke said, giving his hand a squeeze. "Welcome to my world."

Parker
"She didn't die willingly. She was scared, and -" Parker shook his head again, not wanting to get into the details. "I think we should try to sleep."
