Auberon
Auberon looked down shamefully and managed a small smile. "You don't have too."

Outlaw 
“Maybe not but I will.” She replied. 

Auberon
"Why would you?" He asked, shaking his head slightly.

Outlaw 
“No one left behind” she responded. 

Auberon
"Maybe I should be left behind," he mumbled, placing his chin on the bed. He wasn't about to admit it, but something about this gang made him want to stay- which probably wasn't the best decision at all.

Outlaw 
“It’s your choice, but if you wanna go I’ll get you out. But if you wanna live I’d suggest goin” she replied quietly. 

Auberon
"Oh, what is life?" Auberon grumbled. "If I did want to get out of here, I can assure you it wouldn't be because I want to live."

Outlaw 
“And what of this Charity or Clarity kid you mentioned?” She asked quietly. 

Auberon
Auberon sighed quietly to himself. "Charity... younger sister. What about her?" he mumbled.

Outlaw 
“You will not go on for her?” 

Auberon
Auberon looked down at the floor again, tapping his finger on the bed thoughfully. "She's young... she could get over it..." And if I don't see her again, then I don't. I can't hold on forever.

Outlaw 
“It doesn’t work that way” she replied, thinking of her own past. 

Auberon
"Then how does it work, may I ask?" Auberon asked. "If I died, my family would have peace for once, and they wouldn't have to put up with my crap. How would dying be so bad?"

Outlaw 
She just sighed. “Whatever. Do what you like” she muttered, massaging her forehead slightly to try to clear up the major headache she had. 

Auberon
Why does no one have an answer when I ask them that...? Auberon couldn't help but wonder. People always told him life was worth living, but when he asked them why, he never got an answer. You're a good person or people love you never seemed to give him any hope- who in the world loved him? And how was he a good person when he jumped from gang to gang and fought till the bloody end with living beings? 
Auberon didn't realize he had started crying until he had to sniff for some reason. He closed his eyes and buried his face quietly into the bed.
