Ridgewood K9 Police Unit RP

Outlaw 
She stepped forward to take the key with a quiet, respectful, “yes sir, thank you sir.” She then headed towards the kennels. Once there she scanned the names until she spotted the name Blitz on the last left kennel. She moved over to the kennel and unlocked it but didn’t enter. She crouched at the front until Blitz came over and sniffed her warily, then wagged her tail. “Did I pass the test then, hmm?” She murmured, gently fondling the dog’s ears. It wagged it’s tail as she got up, unhooking the chain leash from the kennel door and neatly clipping it onto Blitz’s collar. “There ye are” she mumbled with a grin as she looked down at the dog that was up to her waist. 


Billy
He watched as the girl was assigned her dog and walked off to the kennels, noting the slight limp she moved with. He then moved up to the Chief’s desk respectfully.

Tom Ridgewood || Cheif 

“Next is Billy Hunter.” Grabbing the file folder and opening the file and scanning over the page like he did the previous one “Looks like I paired you with Patriot he’s a golden retriver  that’s three and a little over a half years old who’s specifically trained in Search and Rescue you’ll be working with him and those in your team. Please go introduce yourself to him and the other people please.” Reaching for the key and handing the key to Patriot’s kennel over to Billy. Clearing his throat and grabbing the next file folder on the desk. “Next is Emily Wood.” Swallowing and looking out trying to guess which person was who he thought.

Jade

Jade watched as two more people were called up. She wondered when she would be called up. She tried to imagine what her dog would be like. 

Emily 
Emily stood up quickly, crossing to the chief's desk. Here we go. Breathe. "Sir."

Billy
“Thank you sir” he replied, taking the key. He then headed to the kennels and found Patriot. He entered and crouched next to him, the dog’s tail immediately stayed going like crazy. “Hey there buddy boy” he said with a grin. The dog’s tail wagged even harder. 

Outlaw 
She sat down in Blitz’s kennel, and the dog immediately came over and layed beside her, placing her head on Outlaw’s knee. She gave the dog a swift grin. She was already getting attached. 

Tom Ridgewood || Cheif 

“Yes Emily it looks like I paired you with Nivana she’s a a four year old golden retriever who’s trained in Search and Rescue so you’ll be working with her and your team mates.” Closing the file and stacking it in the pile he grabbed the key to Nivana’s kennel holding it out to her. “I want you to do what I told the rest of the recruits please.” Clearing his throat once more and saying “Next” already ready for the next person. 

Emily 
Emily stepped up to the chief's desk, nodding and taking the key. She headed to the kennels and entered Nivana's pen, crouching close to the entrance. "Hey, girl."

Tom Ridgewood || Cheif 

“Next is Fawn Tambien.” Grabbing her folder of the stack he flipped through it scanning his brown eyes over the page “Well Fawn I paired you with Chopper he’s a three year old beagle specialized in Drug detection and his kennel is beside Magnum’s his half brother.” Here’s the key holding out the key and putting her file on the finished stack. “Next is Denver Coolridge please” sitting back in his seat and waiting for the next recruit to stand up.

Juno
Juno directed herself to the office she was told to go to, then found a chair to sit down in and waited patiently.

Fawn
She had to control herself from jumping from her seat and gently picked up the keys, like they were made of glass. She excitedly walked to the kennels to find Chopper. Accidentally almost running into another recruit as she found his kennel. First thing she noticed was he was the smallest dog there. She opened the door, and Chopper jumped out of his cage and started to lick her face. After she calmed him down, Fawn said "So, you're tiny like me, huh?" As a reply, Chopper licked her face again.

Denver
He quickly stood up and said "here sir" gently. He was excited to see what dog he would be paired up with.

Tom Ridgewood || Cheif 

Picking up his folder and scanning over it “I paired you with River, she’s a two year old Belgian Malinois trained in Drug Detection.” Grabbing the key and holding it out for Denver and using his other hand to place it on the pile. “Next is Juno Marshall please.” Sitting back in his seat once more and tapping his pen on the desk with a grunt of exhaustion taking the toll on him.

Outlaw 
She tensed as she heard more people enter the kennels, grateful for Blitz’s being way in the back. She looked fondly down at large black dog, and Blitz panted happily up at her. 

Denver

He walked up to the sheriff and giving him a grateful nod, Denver walked over to the kennels and found River. "I hope you like cats." He said as he opened River's door. River hesitantly stepped out and looked up at Denver. Denver liked River right away, and he could tell River respected him.

Jade

Jade got up from her chair and walked up to the desk. She kindly smiled at the man behind the desk. She had been waiting for this for so long. "That's me." she said.
