Auberon looked at her annoyingly. "Because I was with you."

Katie
"Excuse me?" The god of war snarled, grabbing at Katie's arm, and she ripped it out of his grip, turning to literally growl at him. "Don't touch me." She spat, her hands curled so hard into fists that her nails bit into her palm, making her even angrier. "All of my friends could have just DIED. I don't have time to deal with your crap." She yelled, storming after her cat, leaving Ares in the dust

Jade
"Yeah, I'll be fine. Here's a tip: If you have a choice between freezing to death and burning to death, pick freezing." Jade grinned. "But hey, I get room service."

Eudora looked over at Bobby. "Can I go see Jade?"

"uh hu. you where with me alone, even though you already like someone. correct?"

Auberon rolled his eyes in frustration. "I don't want to talk about it," he said. "Besides we got an infirmary to keep from getting destroyed."

Bobby
He looked up. "Eat something first. And sit outside to clear the smoke out of your lungs. You're still shaken up, and if Jade is conscious I don't want her worrying over you." He smiled, pulled an apple from one of his pockets, and tossed it to her.

Alex was quiet during this. His hands curled and uncurled from fists at his side, thinking about what had just happened. Jade didn't mean it..... right? That was just the magic talking?

"Okay," she mumbled quietly. She ate the apple in spite of her lack of appetite.

"ok. now that I know why, we can not talk about it. and what exactly is your plan of battle against some sort of snake lady and dog-wolf thingys?"

"Snake lady thingy?" he said raising his eyebrows. "It better not be Medusa. Although I'm pretty sure she's dead..." he looked up thoughtfully.

Jade
She looked over at Alex, but it was clear that Noah's magic was still in place. She smiled at him. "Hey, I'm fine, there's no need to look so worried."
