I have been hit 6 times with snowballs and I want to fight back - how do I throw a snowball!!?

Visit someone's page, if they're eligible you'll be able to throw a snowball at them.

Thank you.
In the last 24 hours I have had over 100 snowballs hit me..... Must have made myself a target! Now I have a big mountain to climb and the snow has melted oooh!
