Hi there!

Yesterday I made several upgrades to my stables, upgrading from 30 slots to 45 (I double checked the log at the bank to make sure I paid for them), but when I look at my stable space I still see only 30 slots.

You may have them set to private stalls.  You can find your real amount of stables in your stable settings:
