What is a "specialty"?
A specialty is set on each horse's page. It is the owner's preference in show types.

Having a specialty set will mean that if a horse is competed in the correct shows, they will gain a 10% boost in Experience, Points, and may gain some stats relevant to the discipline.
What stats should I improve?
You should choose what stat to improve based on what discipline you have your horse specialize in.

Intelligence and Agility affect Dressage,
Speed and Intelligence affect Western,
Speed and Agility affect Jumping.
Endurance and Intelligence affect Endurance,
Strength and Endurance affect Driving, and
Speed and Endurance affect Racing.

Yellow apple ==   +1-2 agility
Red apple ====   +1-2 strength
Green apple ==  +1-2 intellegence
Carrot ======= + 1-2  speed
Turnip ======= +1-2 endurance



Birthday Cake =  +10 hunger, + 1-3 in every stat
Easter Bouquet ==  + 2-5 in every stat
Flower Carrot Slices == +1-3 in every stat
Hay Cubes ===== + 0-2 in every stat
