Coat Randomiser Question

Quick question, so if I use the coat randomiser on a Lipizzaner that is grey, will it end up grey again, seeing as there are only 3 coat colors?

As far as I understand, the coat randomizer will eliminate all gray from the horse it is used on. Occasionally I have gotten the same coat color minus gray - other times, I have gotten a totally different color.

I really don't care the color they end up as long as it isn't grey. Plus its the cheaper option for me.
