Hi, happy Valentines Day!

Really quick question about EVC. I've seen some folks looking to purchase EVC to use towards training (if I'm reading the post correctly)... can someone explain to me how they're used for training, where, and what the end result is?

I could be totally crazy and reading things wrong, too, so there's always that option.

evc is used to convert training.
a horse's first training conversion costs 10k EVD and after that a conversion costs 2 EVC.
