#92638 Posted on 2017-02-12 00:19:18 Congrats Arty! Poor Aladdin has needed a mate for almost 4 years now. But, I never could make one that seemed to fit, and never could find one either. I never thought about making a contest for it, until I saw Yeon's post. Aladdin is very special to me as he was one of the first ever designs, that I made. I revamped him in 2015, so that his blanket add on, was instead part of his coat. Anyways, let's get to the requirements. Requirements Must be a mare. No exceptions. You may use free to use lineart or pay to use. Custom lines or premade lines are preferred however. Must have some sort of rainbow accent, add on, etc. Has to match up with him. Try to be unique, and don't make a complete look alike to him. Light breeds only. No drafts or ponies. Double sided reference is much preferred. Shading is optional, but I do like it. You must add a color palette if you are shading it. I prefer no double creams, roans, or too many white markings. White markings (pinto, appy, facial, leg, etc) must be minimal. Add ons or scars are welcomed. Companions are even better. You may come up with a name, as long as it's unique, but easy to pronounce. I love Welsh, Irish, Scottish, Hawaiian, and French names. Don't name her Jasmine, although it'd be funny. Prize 2-4 recolors of my merhorse and drafty tags (currently working on). 30 EVC 1 custom tag (will add examples later). #92873 Posted on 2017-02-12 22:17:36 I'm not sure if this really fits the 'rainbow' requirement, becouse I took all the colors of the rainbow, and used the pastel version of them, to give a more subtle, feminine look. The lines and design are both my own (sorry I'm not the best at making lines, I tried) She doesn't have an actual name yet, I just call her pastel. It's only one sided because she's the same on the other side, minus the one cornet. She has a clumsy little kitten for a companion, Pilikia, (it's Hawaiian for trouble lol) and her name is.... Drumroll -Nani! (Hawaiian for Beauty) I made the lines myself.
