Splint boots giving wrong stats

I've noticed with my stallion here: https://www.equiverse.com/horse.php?id=575226 His tack says 111 instead of the normal 101. Not sure that's a bug or not, all of my horses tack is upgraded to level 5 and he's the only one that I've noticed this on, I believe he was fine yesterday, none of his shows have run yet and I wouldn't be happy if he somehow won them all because of this bug

Edit: The splint boots are totaling 23 stats for some reason
