Tag Help Please?

Hi I am very new. I can have a tag and might want to make one. I have never done it before. Is there a guide on how to make this? It's all HTML right? I'm not great with Html but I have photoshop so can it be done with that? What program should be used? etc. I know I'm clueless.... Thanks in advance :)

If you go to deviantart there are lots of tutorials on how to make a tag .

It is not all HTML . You need an art program like gimp , fire alpaca or something like that . If you google it there should be some free versions you can download.

Photoshop will work just fine, basically you draw/paint via an art/image manipulation program. Tags size are 150x150px, signatures are 150x500px. You can either draw on a canvas that small or start with a bigger one and shrink it when you're done, though just a warning resizing doesn't always keep the quality of the large version if you decide to do that.
I'm not sure how familiar you are with photoshop so the tools you'll be using most will probably be the paintbrush, eraser, and maybe the smudge/blur tool depending on your painting style. You can also change colors with the little color box underneath all the tools. If you press "x" you can switch between foreground and background color, so you can have 2 colors on hand at a time.
