Training Arena Question

My apologies if this has already been discussed. I did as much searching as i could without finding an answer on this subject.

I have multiple arenas, for every discipline, so far most are novice with a few local levels. When i search for arenas to train higher leveled horses i see numerous arenas well over the 100% mark ready to upgrade.

Soooo how are we approaching this upgrade option? If i upgrade every time i can on an arena im going to have to buy a ton of arenas to keep every level available in my training center. Is this why i see so many that have not upgraded??? Should i do the same??? Does it affect the training ability of the arena if its at 500%???

I'm trying to have one arena for each level in every discipline, so I definitely leave some at 100% on purpose to keep them at that level.

I don't necessarily think you "should" do it; it's just a personal preference thing. Having an arena at each level for me just means I can train all my own horses, and also means a wider range of people can use my arenas since I'll fit more categories.

Agreeing with Wicked, I have a few that I purposefully left unupgraded so I would have them at that particular level for my horses. Also, once they hit International level and are completely leveled through it, they'll hit 100% experience but can't be upgraded further.

Do you notice a difference in point gain? From using an arena that isnt at 100% yet versus one that is well over 100%? Ive been trying to take note if you gain more in any particular situation.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't make a difference. A horse gains one stat boost point per training regardless of what arena you use. And how much member experience you get varies by the grade of the horse and if you train in the correct discipline, but I don't think I've noticed a difference there based on the arena's level.
