Layout Coder Needed!!

I need a layout that I can use across 3 accounts. Nothing uber special just mostly functional. Perfect example is like the one below with a couple of changes.

1.I'd like the boxes to have the ability to scroll so my page won't be super long.
2.Colors don't matter too much just the fact that the lettering can be seen really well.
3.I'd also like an tables in each box except the top one.

I don't know if this makes sense or not. I'm in need of this layout to have it setup so I don't need to have 1,000 bookmarks :D

I am on my wits end with this lol I am not good with css >:(

I can probably do it. Could you describe exactly what you're after?

I like the one above. I'm not worried too much about background color or word color. I'm more worried about tables to put all my information in so that way I don't have to keep everything in a horse's notes. I want to put everything up conveniently.

I don't want the banners and the sidebars covered up on my page, I've found using bookmarks hard like that :D

Looking at the above image as a reference, I'd like the first two boxes dedicated to a title and a description. The other 5 boxes would be great as scroll boxes so I could put tables of information in them and just scroll down to see all my table's information. Does that make sense?
