Geronimo High (Human RPG) \No Sign-ups\

#78285 Posted on 2016-12-05 21:16:29

(Heyyy. So, ya might've noticed that I usually do more detailed RPGs. Like, Sign-ups and chat and yada yada. But all I really want is an RPG with little to no fuss. An RPG that people will actually join and enjoy themselves. So come have some fun with us. ;S)

Join us in our effort to make this our best school year yet. Electives have been improved. Our buildings have been updated. And our funds have been increased. So, we have an even bigger opportunity to make this year unforgettable. We couldn't do it with out you students. In November, we have our campaign against drug and alcohol abuse. We have several bake sales scheduled. Dance and Drama clubs have been added to the club list in order to spread our wings. Keep up your school spirit. And we hope you enjoy this year at Geronimo High. Go, cats!

Great. A new school. More kids to be afraid of. I can't let myself get close to anyone. It's too dangerous. If I do, they might found out about me. About my powers.

A few small rules:

Only play your character.
Try to keep even genders.
Only one power per character.
Romance is allowed. It is a key part of this RPG.
Light cussing us allowed.

Go ahead!

(Nani has long black hair, that falls to her bottom. It's wavy, and smooth. She has bright green eyes, with little flecks of gold that sparkle in the light. She's 4'11. She is of Hawaiian heritage. Therefore, her skin is a dark tan.)

Nani slammed the locker door shut. She spun on her heels and walked towards her first class, history. She hid behind her long hair, as she glanced around at the kids around her. They had no idea who she was. Or the fact that she was scared. Scared that they would find out. She couldn't die. She was immortal. She was impossible, a freak amongst mortals. She had been struck by lightning at age 15. And she'd lived with his horrible condition for a year. She was a senior now, at Geronimo High. And this was a secret that was killing her inside.

(Aesop has dark hazel eyes, and a shock of sandy blonde hair - a very unusual trait for his Greek heritage. He is of average height, standing at 5'7, and his skin is just as tan as you'd expect it to be, what with him living in Greece for most of his life. Aesop is of a fairly solid build, not what you would call buff, but not scrawny either. He is a transfer student.)

Aesop walked into class, hiding his stagger like the true drama major he was. He has come to school a little drunk again - not that he wanted to, but he drunk to forget what he had seen. He wasn't a normal teenager, though. He could see the future, but only in short bursts, and he couldn't control when he saw the future. Aesop quietly slid into a spare seat in the back of the class, and held his head in his hands while rubbing his temples. He had a major migraine, and they had run out of pain killers at home. But god, he wouldn't dare tell anyone how he got that headache - that was a secret that he would take to the grave.

(Landon has dark brown hair slicked over with gel and emerald green eyes that set off his full lips and pointed nose. He has tan skin naturally from an unknown heritage. He is of average height at 5'8" and broad set shoulders with slight muscle definition.)

Landon

Landon walked in through the school doors with his headphones blaring rock music. Truthfully he hated loud music, but it was the only way for him to drown out the endless thoughts of partying, getting wasted, and other things. He hated his ability to read minds and inability of being able to control it.

Nani slid into her seat. The teacher had not yet arrived, though there were rowdy students everywhere. She had scouted out a seat in the back of the classroom, to avoid any attention. Nani really hated History. It had never been her strong suit. She had always been more of the creative type, leaning towards science, writing, arts, and such. Her mother had been the same way. But her mother was gone now. She had been living with her father. They got by, but it'd been hard. Her dad was a mechanic. And he made just barely enough for them to live on. Nani glanced up to the front of the classroom. She caught the gaze of a few boys. They were looking her up and down, their gaze lingering. She rolled her eyes. "Keep your eyes elsewhere, ya perverts." She yelled across the room. The boys scattered as a few laughs rang out. She gave a small laugh, then looked down at her books. She figured she could go over the material a bit more before class.

Aesop groaned quietly, muttering some half-hearted insult under his breath, aimed at the noisy students towards the front of the class. He vaguely glanced over and saw a girl go to the back of the room and sit down, only for her to yell at a few of the other boys in the class. Aesop didn't really mind certain parts of history, but he would rather be in the drama class. Running his hands in a distressed manner through his hair, he dug through his bag to find his history book, which was a waste of time because of course it wasn't in there - thanks to his brother. His phone buzzed from somewhere within the depths of his bad, and he slowly retrieved it, groggily blinking until he was able to read the text.

It was from the man in mention, and all that Aesop read was about his brother coming home late from school, so Aesop should just eat dinner whenever he felt like it. This was to be expected from his brother, as he would probably be at some party on his college campus, drunkenly hitting on some chick. His big brother Adonis had looked after him for as long as he could remember - he couldn't even remember his parent's names or what they looked like. But that was okay, Adonis had been a great guardian. Supportive, responsible, and not short on money, his brother had given him everything he needed - not wanted.

Back to the classroom, Aesop groaned again, pillowing his head on his hands.

Nani looked to the boy at the desk beside her. She could tell he had been drinking. The look in his eyes, the way he groaned. She grabbed two Tylenol out of her bag, and an unopened bottle of water. She also pulled out a piece of paper and pen. She wrote on the paper : " Hey. Take these, and drink lot's of water. It'll help you sober up a bit before the teachers notice. But don't let them see the pills. And try not to come to school drunk." She folded the pills into the paper before sliding them onto his desk, along with the water.

Aesop turned, slowly registering that there was something on his desk that hasn't been there before - although he had no idea how long it had been there. He unfolded it, reading it and understanding it on the third try. He chuckled quietly after understanding, cupping the pills in his hand and raising it to his mouth, swallowing and chugging down at least half the bottle of water afterwards. Aesop looked around, as he realized that the only person around him was a smaller girl. He assumed she had given it to him, and he smiled in thanks.

Landon

Landon sauntered into class, music still blaring through his headphones. He spotted an open seat in the middle of the room and he made his way towards it. He could see the way the students looked at him as he walked by- not as some freak that didn't belong at school but like he was someone that belonged with them. Only problem was that he didn't fit in with them. He sat down silently, putting his head down on the desk as he tapped his foot to the beat of the song. He'd keep his headphones on for as long as the teacher allowed him, but then he'd have to listen to the endless thoughts of others entering his mind.

Nani glanced up towards him. "Take a walk after class too. It'll help. I promise." She gave a sheepish smile, before she looked back down at her books. She gazed over the words, though she wished she could strike up a conversation with the boy. It was so hard for her to keep to herself. But Nani had a feeling it was for the best. And he probably wouldn't be of much use for a conversation anyways. Nani giggled at the thought, before turning back to her notes and textbook

Aesop nodded in understanding, returning the smile and shaking his head briefly, casting his gaze back towards his books. He unconsciously tapped his pen against his desk, reading and rereading the words until he understood them. He could hear someones music playing, what with how loud it was, but it wasn't helping his headache. The pill were taking effect, but slowly - very slowly.

The small girl glanced around the class, noticing a few more students entering. But one caught her eye. The boy had headphones on, music blaring. But he was attractive, despite the fact that he looked a little uncomfortable. Nani blushed when she realized she'd been staring. She looked back down to her books quickly, as he sat down a few desks in front of her. 'Idiot. Why would you do that? she thought.

(Willow has striking blue eyes, and curly/wavy blond hair that reaches a little below her shoulders. She has soft, pale skin and a slim, nimble build. She is on the taller side, at a height of 5'5.)

Willow walked into class, plastering a cheeky smile on her face. She found a spot in the back of the room, where she could read her sappy romance novel during class. She couldn't stand history. She preferred math and science, so she could calculate it in her head, and it all worked out.
She tucked a strand of hair back into a bobby pin, and smoothed out her Twenty-One Pilots t-shirt. She tried to act as normal as possible; she couldn't let anybody find out about her power mimicry(the power to copy anothers actions). She glanced at the girl and two boys sitting in the desks around her, and gave them each a sunny smile.

Landon

Landon looked around as a few people were looking at him. He shrugged it off and grabbed his textbook from his bag. He skimmed the pages, looking at mostly the pictures and very little of the text inside. He looked up at the clock on the wall noticing it was almost time for the tardy bell. 'Better take my headphones off now' he thought. He hesitated for a moment as he prepared himself for what was to come when he removed his headphones. Sliding them off slowly after turning the music off, he heard a few thoughts every now and then, but it wasn't what he had expected. 'Well this is strange.' He was used to being bombarded with thoughts but now it was almost quiet- cricket quiet.

Nani watched as the teacher walked in. It was a woman, closer to her height. She had long black hair and piercing gray eyes. Nani listened quietly as the woman began to speak. She had a thick French accent, one Nani could barely understand. This should be fun.... she thought. She pulled out her notebook as the teacher shared a little information. Nani only caught bits and pieces of what she said. She had to stifle a few laughs, for the woman had quite the personality. Nani could tell she was the dramatic type. She shoulda pursued acting instead... the girl remarked in her head.
