when all of your dream Breyers are rare and pricey

I really, really want Mosaic, a bay overo (?) TB in the Lonesome Glory model.
According to my collector's guide, the value was anywhere between $225-$675 in 2003.
Well, that's out of my budget.
And that's not the only one I really want... there's also traditional Ruffian, and a dun pinto in the Cigar model that are both worth around $200-$300 I think.

Anybody else have the same wanting problem with their Breyer horse models?

Yeah I was so upset when they stopped sell the Apple Jack model but I have moved on and now my favorite is Banks Vanilla I got her a few months ago and I took her to a show yesterday and she won reserved champion for gender. Good luck with getting the ponies you want! ;)

This almost makes me wish my parents decided on gifting me Breyer horse models when I was younger instead of Beanie Babies.

I have breyer models that are in storage, probably for good right now.
my interest in horses/horse decor for my room left me for the time being. love horses still but i can live without owning them or being around them.
but i have quite a few in storage, ill have to get them out and look at them eventually.

I used to want him, but when you're like me and like ones that are $500+, you tend to narrow down your list lol
