Recommendations for a grahpics tablet?

#71387 Posted on 2016-10-08 14:21:02

I've been out of graphic design for a few years now and wanted to get back into it. Money's not a concern, so does anyone have any recommendations of a good graphics tablet? I've never used one before but want to get into it.

I had never properly used a graphics tablet till this year and i purchased myself a Wacom CTL-490DW-S Intuos Draw and i quite like it...i dont use it as much as i should but thats mainly due to personal reasons. I'd say definitely look at Wacom's range of tablets though :)

I was looking online, and a lot led back to that tablet. I looked at some of the youtube reviews and it looks good. I think I'm going to purchase that one as a starter to see how I feel about them. Thanks for the reply =]

Wacom is a pretty good brand as far as I'm concerned. I had they're Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen and Touch for almost 4 years. And I used that thing almost every sing day of those 4 years till the cored finally called it quits on me.

From what I've seen the Intuos is also a good tablet, but I haven't been able to try it out for myself just yet.

Thanks Ruby! Last time I asked for opinions a few people said the Wacom Bamboo ones were good. From what I'm seeing the Intuos is pretty much a newer, updated version of what Wacom has to offer.
