Show creation tweaks

When we create some shows and the show creation page reloads, could we have all the previous details that we selected (type, grade, etc) filled in so we don't have to keep selecting the same ones each time, and we can easily keep track of where we're up to if we're making a series of shows. Currently 'Dressage' is selected every time the page loads, and I've already made several dressage shows by accident when I meant to do another discipline.
