You MAY sell the character, however, not for more than you paid. 3. a) You may alternatively gift the design to whomever you want 3. b) You may only sell the character above the price you paid if you include other extras you've purchased. 4.You may use the character anywhere you want. 5. Payment due within 48 hours of sale closure or the art will be relisted, at which point you can have one more chance to win in a subsequent auction, and if payment is not recieved again, your bids on any future sales will be considered void. 6. Do not place a bid if you do not have enough funds to pay for the character. 7. Bid wisely. Bid retractions are not permitted. Note You may make minor changes to the design(E.G.Pangare, a little extra white, scars etc). You may not make the character unrecognizable. No complete color changes. The Gender can be anything you want it to be, as can the actual breed.
