Whenever i resize my tags, they always come out blurry and pixelated! Is there a website I should use or do you have advice

you have to make your canvas size in relation to the tag size 150x150 so I typically draw on a 300x300 and you can keep doubling it so 600x600 then resize to 150x150 and it shouldn't be pixelated :D
