Coat Randomiser genes

Quick question, does Coat Randomiser altering flaxen, silver, dun and sooty, or it's only for E, A, G and Cr genes?

i think the randomiser only changes genes that don't have their own DNA Tweak item, so flaxen, silver, and sooty will not be affected but dun can be. so basically E A/At/A+ Cr D and Ch can be changed.
the one exception is gray, iirc if the horse has any gray genes they will be removed by the randomiser and it also cannot give gray to a non-gray horse.
