NSS requirement on clubs

#268988 Posted on 2023-05-09 03:41:40

Hi

I have a club focused on lowering NSS and the only way to register horses that have less than certain number of NSS is by hand. Right now is not a big load of work to do it by manually since there are only a few horses to register. But maybe in the future it will be more work.

That's why I think it's a good idea to have a NSS requirement to be registered in the club so that horses with more NSS would be declined instantly.

Good game everyone ♥

I think this is a good idea, it would make the job of those accepting registrations much easier. However, I'm not sure how easy it would be to code something like this in?

Support.

One factor thing to consider when coding it - registered horses later violated the NSS rule.

We can easily register a horse and violate it later. At the time of registration, a horse has 50 NSS but the owner starts feeding cubes after registering the horse. A month later, the same horse now has an NSS of 80.

How do we want to approach this problem? That's something we should consider for NSS and all other criteria. We can register a dressage horse in a Dressage club and convert its discipline to something else. Etc.
