Scorn sighed, worried as ever as he could be now, but he knew he had to calm his nerves down. For the herd, for everyone, but he looked up at the sky, wondering or pondering what's gonna happen next. What's the next move for here on out? Scorn knew that he can't move herd, due to wondering- no, pondering, if Grey Cloud or Minette's foal was still near the herd, even if it was a dumb thought but it was a good one, nonetheless.

Minette was calmed down, still slightly hedding tears, but she was not sobbing or crying as hard anymore, nor was she making noises. Minette was just settling down from what happened, but she will not stop worrying about her little foal. Even if it deprives her of her sleep, but she is a determined mother like Eclipsetess, Solstice, Moon, and other mares too. Minette is just a determined mother to worry about her foal.

Scorn then thought of going into the forest himself, he didn't want to see Minette crying, he could barely take it when a mare needed their foal. And he was a stallion to give the wishes that his herd needed, so he did not think through this plans of his that he made. He just wanted to see Minette happy, happy and being herself with her foal, and he wanted to see Grey Cloud back in the herd; she belonged there like any other horse.

Scorn eventually stopped galloping in the woods before he came up on a tiny creek, not a big one that can be seen easily, but also not small enough to be unheard of. Scornt then got on high alert, maybe the new enemy was here? Possibly having been here the entire time? No, it was just an empty creek, full of bunnies running all over the place.

But before Scorn was about to walk away, some weird stone-like beam hit a group of bunnies and jumbled them up together like a weird mech or animal version of a robot where this would happen, but the bunnies were not big so them being seen was highly unlikely due to the small size of the rabbits. And Scorn just used his magic to undo the magic that was done to the bunnies. He then started trotting, eventually cantering, then galloping away. He was going back to the herd.

And it did not take him long enough, because Scorn tripped on Eclipstess sleeping in his previous spot, which Eclipsetess woke up from but used her magic to stop Scorn from falling and hurting himself. Eclipsetess then set Scorn down back on all fours, as Eclipsetess nudged him over by Moon to stand next to her, since Eclipsetess immediately knew what happened after he was gone a full 10 minutes without thinking about a plan.

"Speak. I know your hiding something Scorn." Eclipsetess tried to demand in a demanding tone, even though Scorn looked at her and Eclipsetess shivered before apologizing to him.

Scor huffed before calming himself down to talk, "I know something at least." he chimed up. Scorn then sat down on his haunches and really took a big puff of air before sighing and relaxing his whole body down from the adrenaline that rushed through his veins and body.

"So?" Eclipsetess asked, curious now as ever.

"Slight possibility that our enemy is hiding nearby, but I can't tell for sure if they actually are doing things to get my attention. But at least you were helping watch the herd; no one's been missing since I left?" Scorn spoke, asked, explained a little. And Eclipsetess sighed from what he did.

"Whole herd is here, minus your mate and my daughter's foal." Eclipsetess spoke and bowed. She then trotted away, going to inform the others like what Nysa did, but Eclipsetess will be a little more gentler this time.

Scorn got back on all four of his hooves, before looking up at the sky, he then activated his magic again as he got a purpleish pink visor over his right eye. He's scanning the sky more extensively then normal, a good idea since the enemy might be hiding in plain sight.

And what Scorn saw, is what he thought of exactly; an invisible horse was holding Minette's foal in the sky, their hoof over the foal's mouth to keep it quiet, while the foal was treated to milk, like how you would get tubes up the nose if you can't digest properly through the stomach at the hospital.

Scorn then looked at Eclipsetess before focusing on the enemy just flying in place at the sky, he can't do anything; no shooting his chains from his magic or else that the enemy would notice and use Minette's foal for their own advantage. And Scorn thought twice before making a move like that, a horrible move no one wants to see or hear, but Scorn looked at a free Azulia and whistled her over to come by and see through Scorn's visor. And of course Azulia was in her deep sleep, so Scorn was stuck in place, not knowing what to do since he can't lose the enemy in the sky.

Scorn eventually had to sigh before deactivating his magic and looking at the herd, keeping head count of every horse before heavily sighing of the exhaustion now taking place in his body. But Scorn continued to stand, due to wanting to keep track of every horse and to make sure that he's up and ready for use if need be, since he knows that he decides to think twice of messing with a god or goddess. And he's know that well..

Scorn is worried for everyone, the Isle itself, the whole Isles of Nowhere if the new enemy doesn't show. And he's just experiencing something that will soon impact the founding Isles and newer Isles. But a familiar little mare comes from the brush, and Eclipsetess looks up before getting giddy as she's exciting to see... Everest back! It's been literal years for everyone, and Scorn chuckles before looking at the little rocky shetland that's waddling over with a ton of scrolls for everyone, and even two scrolls come out from the square bucket on both sides, and Eclipsetess giggles before using her magic to help Everest out, since Everest's species of horse doesn't have a good enough level head for magic, and Everest's kind don't usually use magic besides writing scrolls so Everest is like a normal mare; besides the smooth and rockiness of Everest's mountain taken body.

"Everest! So good to see you since you've vanished for awhile. How have ya been?" Eclipsetess asked finally, Everest sighs before chuckling and giggling like a young foal.

"Oh, you know.. The usual terms for a pony like me. And I have also been getting around besides scrolls, I got some twins like you." Everest replied back to Eclipsetess, it seems like twins is getting popular and not rare anymore. And Eclipsetess looks confused before nodding as she realizes that Everest took a good look at Eclipsetess and knows she has three children, one grown adult, and two youngsters playing in the background, chasing each other.

After some silence, some awkward silence. Eclipsetess spoke up again.

"So, what're the scrolls for? Making sure that the future is established?" Eclipsetess asked, with a smug look that said 'I know what these scrolls are for, don't make me ask again' in a friendly and friendship way.

Everest chuckles, she knows as well and decides to speak anyways. "Ah, just getting these brought to everyone. Old scrolls, no worth than the newer ones. New filly name Raja right? I got her scroll made before she was even born, haven't given the scroll to Solstice yet. Since its... personal family matters, and yes Eclipsetess, you can come in and read the scroll for the family."

Eclipsetess looked surprise, now she has a bigger smug look as she looks over to Orion and then looks back over to Everest. Eclipsetess then slightly angles her head before telling Everest, with her head movements, to go give the older scrolls to Orion. Since he would probably highly or unhighly read the scrolls made from Everest and her kind themself, and herself.

Everest took the gesture and quickly trotted, in a cute adorable waddle, over to Orion. Eclipsetess trotted behind Everest with a proud look on herself, Eclipsetess was now cocky but Everest stopped trotting once she got over to Orion. And Eclipsetess had to hold in her laughs, the height differences for Everest's kind compared to a unicorn is hilarious. But Everest was taken after a shetland, so her height was adorable to see anyways.

Everest had the most adorable, foal-like, happy expression on her face. "Are you Orion? If so, Eclipsetess says that you like to read. Would you mind taking all these old scrolls from my Carry Buckets? Older scrolls are useless to for us Mountain Ponies to keep anymore." Everest didn't hesitate to ask, Eclipsetess picked up a scroll; a golden glowing one that must've been Raja's scroll. And Eclipsetess takes Raja's scroll over to Solstice to read. Meanwhile Everest is just giving Orion all her scrolls in her "Carry Buckets" that Everest pointed with her hoof to her sides.

Moon watched Scorn closely knowing he was under a lot of pressure especially with his mate's strange disappearance. There was definitely something going on, and Moon could sense it with ease. It gave her a feeling she didn't like. Not at all. Made her uncomfortable, but also worried. Worried about Minette's newborn foal. She knew it was important for a foal that young to remain close to their mother. She just hoped that Nysa and Apollo would help keep Minette in check at least for the time being.

Though Moon's attention quickly went back to Scorn knowing he was thinking of doing something when he unexpectedly galloped into the woods. Moon didn't even bother doing anything knowing that there wasn't anything she could have done. She just hoped he wouldn't disappear too. "I hope this isn't the start of something awful...I don't know how much more some of us can take these days..." she quietly mumbled to herself as she looked over at Solstice and some of the others. Namir being one of them.

As for Nysa, she stayed right beside Minette comforting her anyway she could. "We'll find them. I know we will." she said trying to sound hopeful for Minette. Though Nysa just nuzzled her as Apollo helped as well even though Nysa noticed him eyeing his mother every now and then. She didn't say anything about it though. At least she wouldn't at this moment. "If your foal is anything like their mother, they'll make it through this." she said with a small smile before she looked around noticing Scorn was no where to be seen which worried her slightly.

It wasn't long before Moon noticed Scorn running back almost tripping over a sleeping Eclipsetess. Luckily Eclipsetess woke and reacted quicker than she could have. "Give him a moment to catch hid breath Eclipsetess," she softly spoke before looking over Scorn for a quick moment making sure he wasn't hurt in any way. Though once Scorn spoke, Moon sighed, "Not surprised. We didn't know Asher was here until well..." Moon stopped talking not wanting to bring up any old wounds. That and she didn't want to remember that day at all herself.

Though once Eclipsetess left, Moon put all of her focus on Scorn watching as he was using his magic before attempting to call over Azulia who was clearly asleep. Moon then nuzzled the stallion's shoulder, "Scorn I know you're doing your job and doing what you can to keep this herd safe, but you need to take care of yourself too. You aren't alone anymore. We have many allies and the herd is always willing to protect each other and fight." she said speaking in her usual motherly tone, "You should get some rest. I can look after the herd for the time being. I may be old, but I still have it in me." she said with a small laugh hoping to lighten the mood even the slightest bit.

Solstice was off standing by herself for a few minutes just looking around. It was almost like she could sense that something or someone was close. This time she could sense it. Though she didn't want to alarm anyone. Primarily Minette and Nysa. Instead she just continued looking around before she decided to walk around the herd. Only for Namir to approach her from behind, "I know you're there Namir." she said before turning to look at him, "You know you can't sneak up to me." she said before trying to nip him playfully and failed.

Namir only grinned, "Oh I know, but I also know that you can't always nip me." he said seeming proud of myself before looking around again, "Shouldn't you be with Raja? We don't need anyone else to..well..disappear." he said sounding concerned. "I know you know what you're doing, but you know I worry about you. Just don't do anything crazy alright?" he asked before he nuzzled her, "Now you should be with that filly of yours." he said with a smirk before he started nudging her towards Orion, Raja, and Althea.

Solstice only rolled her eyes at first, "I think I can trust Orion watching her for a short while. Plus it lets her get to know her grandmother and helps Orion make up with his mother." she said giving him a bit of a look before she sighed, "I know I know." she mumbled before she too returned the nuzzle. Though before Solstice could say anything else, Namir was already nudging her towards her family. Only then did she notice a small mare alongside Eclipsetess approaching Orion, Raja, and Althea.

It took her a second, but Solstice quickly recognized the mare. It was Everest! Solstice couldn't remember the last time she had seen her, but it was good to see her again. "It's been years since we all last seen her...probably right after Dra was defeated the first time.." she said rambling on for a quick second. Either way she was excited to see Everest again. Definitely lightened the mood as she didn't even bother saying goodbye to her brother as she quickly made her way over. Namir just chuckled and rolled his eyes before walking off.

Orion was just keeping an eye on Raja since the filly slowly started to become a small handful. Althea only chuckled a bit before she nuzzled the filly. Though Orion had looked up to see Solstice with her brother before noticing Eclipsetess making her way over with a smaller mare alongside her. This small mare was the first to speak once they made their way over, "Yes I am." he replied before looking at the scrolls she was offering him, "It's been a long while since I've read any scrolls, but I'd be happy to take them." he said with a small smile.

Though Orion noticed the golden scroll Eclipsetess picked up before looking over seeing Solstice had made her way over. "Everest! It's good to see you again!" she said excitedly before noticing the slightly confused look on Orion's face. Though Raja just went to her mother as Solstice nuzzled her before speaking, "She was part of our group when Dra was first defeated." she said explaining things to him a bit. Though Solstice then looked at the golden scroll Eclipsetess had given her, "What's this..? Why is it gold?" she hesitantly and cautiously asked before glancing down at Raja then Everest.

Scorn nuzzled Moon back, as he flicked his tail and looked off to Everest, the small little pony was always so fascinating to Scorn but he shouldn't pry and look like a horse-creep by staring at a mare from far away, stallions that do and own herds- their reputation goes down. Unless stallions don't own herds, then yeah, but it also does not make sense.

Everest turned around. Her wooden, square, saddlebag-like buckets, clanking and creaking. She's just so cute with her little waddling even when turning around slowly. Though Eclipsetess smiled and looked at the tiny Everest, the small mare did not feel scared more or less just a neutral vibe that's about her, despite the enthusiaism going about in her.

"That golden glowing one is for Raja, I guess Faith didn't come down this time to tell ya her future, huh? Well as any as ever; also a small demigod- but that much, is just obvious. Well, anyways Raja's future is that scroll right there. And it'll float alongside her once you open it up! One of the older Sun God's embued it so that Raja could take that sun horse's place. Just like Oberon (Lunaris/Lunoris nickname), her brother is Vijaya (nicknamed Solaris), the older sibling for the sun, but also a predocessor as well. Heh. Well, since your filly is the more unique one, it wouldn't surprise me if she was somehow connected to a sun god, well this one is unique. But I think she looks as adorable as Areion on a summer day. Despite him being like Pyrois; hot, literally like the burning flames of the sun." Everest explained, and also added in words and such, and the nicknames for Lunoris/Lunaris and Solaris. At least there's not one name for Lunaris or Solaris, but what of the third one?

"Wait, isn't Areion supposed to be Demeter and Poseidon's son?" Eclipsetess just remembered, Everest remained quiet for the time being, and Eclipsetess hoofpalmed her face because she remembered and accidentally spoke of something that isn't supposed to exist anymore, well the bit od Demeter and Poseidon at least.

"Let's forget we ever spoke of Demter and Poseidon; don't want Faith coming down because of that. Heheh..." Everest sighed, she then dug around her saddbag buckets to see if she got anything about the older god's and such, but nope, nothing else. Besides just scrolls that Everest is forgetting to dump her saddlebag buckets on their sides.

"Well, if Areion ever does come down to see Raja. Since, once scrolls are out, then all god's and goddesses are immediately flashed images of the selected horse or horses, unless family, then that doesn't exist." Eclipsetess spoke up, getting the awkwardness out of the way for everyone, but she also looked at Solstice then Raja. Explaining a bit more in detail and Everest is just agreeing.

"Well, I hope you all have a good day at least." Everest was saying a farewell, but she was already dumping her scrolls out of her buckets. Even sitting down as she wrapped her two front hooves and lifted up the saddlebag buckets and began going up and down with them so that all scrolls fall at once, surprisingly only one at a time, since that's logic and makes sense.

"Hm." Eclipsetess looks back at Raja, staring at the adorable foal, "If Areion comes down... I'm sure he'll go AWOL with Raja here." Eclipsetess joked, even Everest laughed at that.

"Oh, he'll try and horsenap her. But, of course, I know Solstice won't let that happen any time soon. But Areion's smart as usual, that's why he was fit to fight in the old war? Right?" Everest forgot at the end, but Eclipsetess nodded, at least Everest found a way to nickname the wolf and horse war better. "Old War" sounded better since, it is incredibly old really.

"So Everest, anymore horses that we gotta know of?" Eclipsetess turned aorund to face Everest, but the small pony was already done dumping out her scrolls and stood in front of Eclipsetess, with Eclipsetess jumping back since she doesn't like being jumpscared, even by a small friend.

"Well, besides Areion- at some point in time he'll come, then there's Aten, Oberon, Pallas and Ceres, definately Epona, Gullfaxi, definately Balius and Xanthos. But Pyrois will definately come, since he's the blue flaming horse that's the sole creator of blue fire, oh I forgot about Astra, yeah she'll definately tag along with the group, if not, then she's the biggest horse with eight wings, a tricorn, and has six legs with two separate tails, a mane and forelock, and three heads; the mother of all horses no doubt." Everest listed off, at least she's good information, but sad that she never sticks around. Probably for the better, or how else is anyone gonna plan ahead? Anyways, Astra seems like the most unique-ess mare of all, just- wow.

"Never thought I'd hear about Astra, she's supposed to be dead right? Hm, surprising that mare even is visiting for Raja. Must be something up going on in the heavens then, no doubt about that one." Eclipsetess began thinking, Astra... the oldest horse by no default and must the mother and creator of the all horses on Isles of Nowhere then.

"She also named the Isles of Nowhere, for- well- reasons. She'll most likely also rename Isles of Nowhere to something else, since ION is old, and just coming back. Its not surprising that older horses, and I mean OLDER horses are coming back to see what it once was with life sprouting about pretty much everywhere." Everest pointed out facts, and Eclipsetess sat down due to being out-ranked in information. At least Eclipsetess knows of her limit to information, but Everest and the other Mountain Ponies take the literal cake for info.

"Well, at least we have a new schedule. But more horses = more temptations for more to disappear, but at least it'll all be stallion and mare god's and goddesses. Not a chance that a horse will be horsenapped, especially with a lot of power coming from the others, but poor Raja wouldn't handle that if she even felt it, same for Solstice and I think Nysa too." Eclipsetess butted in, Everest then cocked her head and Eclipsetess went eye-wide because she forgot to include herself as well. Oh well, but everyone could imagine that Eclipsetess meant to include herself, that she could feel god/goddess power from others as well.

Scorn was walking over to the group, mainly because of Everest and that she gave Orion a mountain of scrolls to enjoy reading. And Everest noticed Scorn, as Everest turned her head to look at him before smiling at the big stallion. Scorn returned the smile to Everest. But he quickly glanced at the golden scroll, then thought of it as Raja's scroll immediately as he diverted his attention elsewhere.

"So, tiny little pon-" Scorn was cut off by Everest. "Mountain Pony. But I don't mind being called tiny or little, because I am." Eclipsetess snickered at the side. "And that you're adorable Everest." Eclipsetess could not stop trying to hold in her giggling, the height differences really made Eclipsetess laugh, goodness she needs to relax or something.

"Anyways, besides Eclipsetess trying to not laugh. What are you doing little pony?" Scorn made a rhetorical question, he knew the answer to that very well, and Everest stayed quiet since she too knew the answer and that she's not gonna answer it at all. Scorn then cleared his throat before continuing to talk. "So, besides the obvious answers, do you want to stay? All of everyone would want to catch up, and I can tell." Scorn looked at Eclipsetess, and the mare looked away as she whistled to herself, but Scorn's offer was taken interest by Everest quickly.

And then Everest chuckled, "Of course I'll stay, as long as I can since everyone would want to catch up. Oh, and how's Azulia? Never heard of her again." Everest was curious, but everyone looked at  Azulia, who was still in her deep sleep, as usual by now. And Everest cleared her own throat since she didn't know she made a rhetorical question when asking about  Azulia.. whoops, but that's alright really.

Solstice looked at the scroll, then Everest, then Raja before returning her gaze to Everest, "She did visit, but she didn't say much." she said slightly concerned about what was in the scroll. Though what Everest had said next surprised Solstice, "Wait you mean one day she'll be a real goddess? She's a demigod...how can that be? How does that even happen?" she asked unsure if something like that could be possible, but she trusted Everest. She didn't expect her questions to be answered either.

Though Solstice just looked down at the spirited young filly nuzzling her before placing her wing over her to keep her close while she listened to Everest. Orion just stepped over to Solstice and stood beside her, "We'll figure it out. We always do." he said reassuring her. Solstice did look at the feather in the filly's small fuzzy black mane that had belonged to Faith. "When she was born..everyone around her could sense strong magic..I've never felt magic like that before. Though Faith's feather seems to be doing what they're meant to.." she said sounding a little relieved.

Their attention then went to Eclipsetess as she spoke of two names she hadn't yet heard of, and from what Everest quickly said afterwards, it had sounded like she wasn't supposed to know those names. Well the probability that no one was supposed to know those names. Solstice dismissed it remaining quiet for a few moments, "I just hope nothing bad comes from any of this.." she slightly mumbled, but she knew the others heard her regardless. Sometimes she thought her family was cursed.

Solstice then sighed before giving Eclipsetess a small look at her joke. At least until she looked at Everest, "What!? Why would he try to kidnap my daughter!?" she said angered before she quickly fell silent and calmed down with a small snort. Nysa ended up overhearing her mother slightly as she looked over noticing a small mare and what seemed to be a mountain of scrolls. She was very confused, but as much as she wanted to walk over there to see what was going on, Nysa knew she was needed where she was: with Minette.

Orion just nuzzled Solstice's shoulder, "We won't let anyone take her. No matter what." he said before looking at Everest and Eclipsetess. Orion listened as the two continued to talk, but Solstice didn't pay attention to what they were saying and all the names. She was just quietly thinking about everything she was just told as she kept Raja closer. Orion allowed her to process it quietly as he listened. He knew it was a lot for Solstice. He just hoped this stallion, Areion, wouldn't kidnap his daughter.

Althea on the other hoof, had walked a short distance away not wanting to get in the way, but she overheard everything being said which worried her slightly as well as she glanced at Solstice seeing her worried. Though Althea just walked away near the edge of the forest before she laid down. Just as she did, her horn started flickering as she snorted, "Why must this happen now..." she muttered as she forced it to stop, "They can't know...not when my son was willing to give me a chance..." she mumbled.

Orion noticed his mother leave, but didn't pay much attention. Instead he just looked over as Scorn had made his way over. Solstice then spoke up after being silent for some time, "It would be great to catch up. So much has happened since the last time we saw each other." she said seeming to like the idea, "Though just don't tell Nysa about anything about her sister...at least not right now. I just hope we find Grey Cloud and Minette's foal soon...the longer their gone the harder it can be to find them.." she said worried again.

Though Orion gave her a look, "And you're not going out there again to look. You need to stay here. You may have recovered, but you can't go doing a bunch of stuff all of a sudden. You still need to take it easy." he said knowing she wasn't going to like what he had to say, and she didn't. Either way Solstice just went and started taking Raja around the herd. She knew the filly needed to move those legs a bit, and Solstice needed to get another look around. Hoping to see something strange or to hope that no one else disappeared.

#270481 Posted on 2023-10-08 11:06:03

All of everyone was still here, minus Grey Cloud and Minette's foal. Some strange horse or creature has only taken those two, and no one else, but time was only ticking 'til the enemy showed itself/himself/herself. Eclipsetess was even checking up on her foals, her two little colts, and Eclipsetess began playing with them to catch up with the play sessions that the foals do to only each other if they don't have their mother playing with them. If.

But Eclipsetess's foals didn't mind, not one bit, since they are just having fun. And that Eclipsetess is having fun as well, enjoying life with her foals in the mean time. Having fun is fun, and that the two little foalies were getting more better at running when with their mother, or just spending time and relaxing before getting up and playing about or just run all over the place but stay in a perimeter. A truly fun day for the family. It was adorable to see that.

Though Scorn was checking up on some of the members of the herd, even going so far as checking up on the other two herds that got mixed into the one herd in the process. A herd with three leaders if unHERD of, but hey, Scorn has his main herd and no one is really doing anything out of the blue, besides either magic or just running about and playing..

Even though Everest hasn't been in the herd long, she is actually getting pretty comfortable, despite having to make scrolls during her relaxation time since she CAN read the stars from an astrological sense, an astrologist is what they are called. And that's fine, an astronomer in the herd can spice things up, and that the astrology is the future of making scrolls and getting prophecies.

Scorn even walked up to Everest and looked through the pile of just scrolls, looking through each one, just seeing what prophecy happened or who was who taking places, and of course the prophecies to take down the bigger threats. Minus Asher not being an exactly big threat, but still pretty dangerous, even if it is getting harder and harder to take down the threats that come. Which is worrying since that means something IS happening, just not something known.

But who would know? Who in their right mind knows about the Isles in and out? Well, that one mare Everest mentioned being able to rename the Isles location was something to note down, and Eclipsetess did that, well of course thinking and thinking as she played with her foals. Keeping her one priority up, her foals, but also wondering on what the main mare is like friendly or dangerous? The main mare for naming the Isles sound very friendly and happy, but that's how good horses enter the heavens and how the bad horsies go to where Hades is.

Anyways, besides that revelation, Eclipsetess was starting to tire out her foals and she thought that it was a good idea to put them down for a nap. Since they are still young, after all, but Eclipsetess also made sure to keep trotting for a while before stopping and laying down in the grass. Eclipsetess may not have realized that she accidentally trotted away from the herd, but now she does but it does good for a nap, just the peaceful air, birds chirping, and a friendly atmosphere it really does wonders as once Eclipsetess looked at her foals; they fell asleep almost instantly when they curled up against Eclipsetess on the grass.

Eclipsetess smiled at her foals, before shortly grooming their manes a little bit and then taking a nap as well, might as well get her energy back so that she could help and protect when necessary or needed or even wanted.. as Eclipsetess exhaled her nostrils, looking around a tiny bit, then she glanced at her foals again and she fell asleep, their tiny little warmth compared to their mother's warmth is most wanted for some younglings.

Esmeray was looking at the blue sky, before looking down and grazing, though he did feel a little bit fiesty than normal. And Scorn perked his ears up, instantly looked at a goofball Esmeray rolling in the ground, but Scorn trotted up to Esmeray anyways. Surprisingly the two stallions did talk for a bit, before Esmeray lightly hoofed Scorn (like a dog lightly pawing a person for attention) and Scorn backed up, sniffed the air and raised his head a little bit.

Esmeray took this action as something, and only stallions know because they do it on a regular basis. Besides tackling each other if wanted too or just because they want to act like brothers. But Esmeray and Scorn did not act like adorable brothers, not one bit, because once Esmeray got close; Scorn stood on his hind legs but kept his front legs tucked before lightly hoofing Esmeray back.

Which resulted in Scorn knowing that Esmeray just wants to show off like a goofball, and he knows what Esmeray is doing is just for the right of passage for some stallions, not all stallions do the same thing or don't do it at all which is fine. But Esmeray wants to do a little dominance show off to prove himself worthy, and because he's fiesty and acting sassy.

"So how will this little display end? Me whooping your butt, or you whooping your lead stallion's butt?" Scorn teased Esmeray, some of the mares looked up at Scorn and Esmeray, curious of what the two are doing, despite knowing what the two are gonna do but some of the mares were not trying to show any interest.

"Heheh, probably both of us whooping each others butts, but I know Scorn; your much more experienced at this and... obviously stronger too..." Esmeray replied back with a funny remark, but he didn't want to admit the differences but he did. Scorn just smiled lightly and told Esmeray that what they are doing is for fun and obvious strength training in case.

"Now. Let's get going on your little display, before I get back to counting heads and keeping check of the members." Scorn spoke, he didn't step forward and neither did Esmeray, then he first walked forward as Esmeray jumped back before ramming into Scorn and Scorn using his magic with his hoof as Esmeray slid under the big leader, heh.

Though Esmeray quickly got up and bumped Scorn's stomach, with Scorn getting confused before smiling and chuckling at Esmeray, "Smart boy." then Scorn ran up on Esmeray, with him retaliating and kicking Scorn back and that actually did some knock back on Scorn with the lead stallion getting surprised when Esmeray focused his strength into his back legs a smarter move that Esmeray pulled off. But Scorn ain't having it now, and he ran up again, he dodged another one of Esmeray's kicks, then he grabbed Esmeray's ear or tried too but Esmeray ducked and headbutted Scorn in his side, which got Scorn to shuffle slightly but he then headbutted back.

Now it was getting a little fiercer the two stallions kept their displays up, well mostly Esmeray as it was his display being shown rather than Scorn, but the two kept at it for a good or hour or two with Scorn mostly coming back and Esmeray countering and dodging. And even Esmeray did it to Scorn as well, with both stallions going back and back..

Then one last hour of the day, with Scorn giving up early and Esmeray being the determined one that shows his determination. Though this does not mean Esmeray is the new leader, no that is way off, mostly because Scorn is immortal but somehow died once but came back, and back to his duties once again.

Even so, Scorn came back to Esmeray for one last display and Scorn flipped Esmeray onto his back, but Esmeray got up quickly and put all his strength into knocking back Scorn which was a long shot, but Scorn was knocked back and he just stopped after that. As Scorn got happy that Esmeray has gotten stronger from this little show, but Esmeray celebrated by rolling in the ground as being goofy as much as he could before shaking the grass off himself. A grass strand got stuck in his mane but he didn't mind it at all. In fact he was happy, and so was Scorn laughing happily at Esmeray with his piece of grass strand in his hair, not a common method to look tough but it made Esmeray adorable and soft which is what he was. Soft.

Solstice just walked around the herd with Raja following close behind as she pondered the filly's future. Mainly about the stallion that would try to kidnap her. None of it made sense to her, but Solstice just let out a small sigh and tried not to worry too much about it. There were bigger problems right now then anything. They had to find Grey Cloud and Minette's newborn foal. Solstice worried about them even though she knew Grey Cloud could handle herself, but the foal was as helpless as ever.

Though after some time, Solstice just made her way back to Orion and rested her head on top of his back closing her eyes. Raja just laid down at her parent's hooves. Orion nuzzled the filly before turning his attention to Solstice, "Want to talk..?" he asked as he decided to start organizing some of the scrolls. Solstice just let out a small sigh, "Get some rest...we can figure things out tomorrow." he said nuzzling her before they both laid down. When they did Orion noticed his mom still of by herself.

Solstice didn't really say much, but she did notice Orion look over at his mother, "She's been there awhile...did she say anything?" she asked as she looked at Orion. He only shook his head. Though Solstice could tell he was worrying about Althea. "Maybe it's just hard being in her son's life again. It's a lot of pressure being given a second chance, but I know she's grateful for it..and I am as well..It's good for Nysa and Raja to get to know at least one of their grandparents." she said with a smile as the two nuzzled.

Orion then looked at Althea, "I know. I just can't help but think about what happened to my father. Sure he was always forcing me to practice my magic more then my mother, but he wasn't like how he is now..." he said looking at Solstice, "Feel like there's something she's keeping though, but I may be wrong. Let's just get some rest..we never know of what's to come." he said. "I just hope we find Grey Cloud and Minette's foal soon...it'll be dark before we know it." he added. Solstice just nodded. Everyone was worrying about the two of them.

Moon kept on watching the herd, but eventually she had just laid down in the grass. Sometimes even standing got challenging. Moon knew her time was approaching, but she didn't worry about that, or even worry the others. Wasn't too much longer until she unintentionally fell asleep amongst the herd. Apollo looked over at his mother with a clear worried look. Nysa noticed, but continued to be quiet about it. Though she did notice how Apollo wasn't as out-going as he used to be.

Though as for Nysa she decided to just spend the rest of the day and potentially the night with Minette. Nysa didn't want Minette to potentially run off during the night in search of her foal. She knew it was safer for Minette to stay with the herd. That and she didn't want her to go missing either. Though after awhile, Nysa noticed Scorn over by Esmeray. At first she wasn't sure what they were doing, but she quickly caught on. Maybe even getting distracted as kept watching the two stallions spar with each other. Though she was proud of Esmeray.

Before anyone even realized it, the sun had started to lower as the moon started to rise. Solstice was asleep, surprisingly, and so were many others. Althea though was still awake as ever. She was hiding something, but what? The only one who knew was Diablo, and she needed him. Soon. "Where are you Diablo...I need you.." she mumbled as she looked at the forest, "I need you.." she repeated before she looked over at her son and the family he created. Maybe him leaving was the best thing for him, but now Althea just wanted to make up for everything.

As for Diablo, he knew he needed to get back to Althea. He just needed to figure out how. Sure he managed to learn how to teleport, but he wasn't sure if he could do it an Isle or even two Isles away. The stallion just snorted and stomped his hoof before he went to get some sleep. He knew he'd figure something out. He had too, but before then he needed to rest before he could work up a plan. Though even Althea had found herself asleep underneath the stars and the bright moon that brightened up the dark night sky.

During the night, for all the herd memebers they were asleep with no doubt. But Eclipsetess stayed up a little bit more, wondering, in case, Grey Cloud or Minette's foal would come back. No sign, no sounds, nothing yet. Including her own foal that was lost now, besides her other one.

Eclipsetess looked around one last time, keeping heads of everyone in the herd. Then she looked down and hung her head to sleep, a little ways from the herd but she was still near everyone yet. Eclipsetess wasn't going to leave to check, not yet, the enemy might still be planning, and Eclipsetess is not risking it for the biscuit. Not at all.

Eclipsetess then doze off, sleeping as she stood up, the most common resting position..

Though, as the night shifted inch by inch. The stars changing each inch, and then meter, and then just a single flick of an eye. The moon stayed still until it was time to move, the stars aligning once more, but this time it was much different than usual. It was not something new, since it was about a horse, but it was an alicorn- not very similar to the others. This was a new one for sure. But it passed once the sun was breaking day.

Eclipsetess didn't wake up until it was noon, so she stayed resting for the entire night, but the others did slowly start to wake up; not a lot, just dreams and such, waking up the herd slowly. Esmeray was up and doing his goofball antics, though he was by himself since he didn't want the herd to wake up by Esmeray making noise.

Though the rustling sounds of hoofprints off by the brush were making alot of noise, this woke up the nearest herd members near the noise first, and they faced the creature making the hoofprinted noises and brush and foliage swinging and moving. The farther the noise went the more some of the herd members woke up faster.

Before long, a horse came out of the brush. This one was a pearly white, completely white to the coat, the horse could've fooled the herd that Snow came back from the heavens after she unexpectedly passed away years ago. But this horse was no clone of a very dear one, no, this one wore a robe; red with the white piping but also feathery and soft-looking. And black spots completed the white feathered piping. And a big golden crown encrusted with jewels and such decorated the beautiful big crown.

This one horse was regal and royale-like, besides tripping when coming out of the brush first try. But the horse then teleported the regal and royale stuff away, seeming happy anyways. One of the ehrd members got really curious of this horse, it did not have a mare's eyelashes nor the stallion's stuff. Simply just a weird one, well, there was eyelashes a big long one and multiple smaller ones that disappear, no bottom eyelashes at all!

As the one herd member cantered up, before starting to trot up, the pearly white mare just stood there: swishing her tail away as she giggled, seeming to find this one interaction fun. Though the one herd member suddenly got cautious, seeing how the pearly white alicorn was behaving. It was not a normal behavior for most horses. And this posed a defensive caution in the herd altogether.

And the one herd member thought twice and tailed back to the herd, not wanting to get near the pearly white alicorn. This was certainly a new horse, a new alicorn that is different from all the herd members. But something about this horse scares the entire herd. Something is scaring this herd, and not wanting them to get near the pearly white shining beauty of an alicorn, a pure white alicorn? Now that is something else, for sure, no doubt about that..

Eclipsetess later woke up when she got nudged by a herd memebr, and Eclipsetess was originally standing up but she was laying down, but Eclipsetess didn't think abotu her sleeping position, she just instantly focused on the new pearly white alicorn standing at the forests edge.

Scorn was trotting up once he got up and started walking towards the herd, also instantly eyeing the new horse, and looking as Eclipsetess was running towards the new alicorn. And Scorn didn't hesitate to burst into a running charge at all. He just ran and didn't stop, though he did stop once he got near the alicorn.

And Eclipsetess just flew down next to Scorn when she folded her wings up to her sides, being careful not to use them yet. But she did notice that the pearly white alicorn was a heterochromia, something different as well. The alicorn mare's eye color was blue and grey, hm. Eclipsetess got hesitate as she backed up, Scorn followed since he was forced to when Eclipsetess used her wing.

"So, new alicorn. What's your name in this fine dawn hour?" Scorn stated a question, being a little aggressive in his speech, but he had no choice since this new mare of a pure white albino alicorn as standing in front of him. Scorn was a litte hesitant to act dominant.

"Bimera." Bimera stated, she stood proud of her name. Scorn looked shocked before rearing up and then standing upright again, Eclipsetess looked at Scorn before looking at Bimera. Eclipsetess was puzzling confused on who Bimera is, except for Scorn.

"Uhhh- yeah, I'm gonna- I'm gonna go check on the herd.." Eclipsetess backed up before using her wings and flying over to the herd, checking up on them. All the herd did was look at Bimera, they heard her state her name proudly. And Eclipsetess was confused, was Bimera linked just like Scorn was?

"I wonder who Bimera is. I think I forgot about who was gonna visit for Raja. Now, I really need to rethink about that list.." Eclipsetess told to herself, she bumped into a herd member before smiling nervously and continuing on her walk through the herd, checking up on the horses that made up the large herd.

#270636 Posted on 2023-10-26 11:14:47

As the sun had slowly vanished from the sky, Solstice closely looked over the herd. She didn't like that there was a foal missing as the daylight was running out. There was a clear worried look upon her face hoping they would find their missing members. A foal can only last so long without its mother, and that worried her. Though Solstice just let out a small sigh as she looked at Orion who of course had fallen asleep alongside with Raja. Not only did she worry about Minette's foal, but she also worried about her own. Who was going to come for her, and why?

It wasn't long until night had approached with the moon lighting up the dark night sky. A small sigh of relief was let out as Solstice was put to ease by it. It was her element after all. Though she looked at the herd again noticing Eclipsetess with only one of her foals. Her ears only lowered slowly hoping just hoping one of the twins wasn't missing. Maybe they were off with Namir. Though Solstice just figured it was best for her to rest since they didn't know what was coming. Who was after them?

Namir decided to stay up as he watched the herd fall asleep one by one even watching as his sister went to sleep as well. Instead of doing so himself, he wanted to keep watch in case anything were to happen over night. Though as he walked quietly throughout the herd, Namir stopped and looked at Althea. The mare had fallen asleep away from the herd, but Namir still didn't trust her. It was Orion's decision to give her a second chance, and Namir respected that decision, but he knew she was hiding something, and he knew there was a chance they were going to be seeing Diablo again..possibly soon.

Just as the sun had vanished that night, it was slowly appearing in the sky once again as the morning hours awakened. Namir had ended falling asleep at some point during the night which wasn't too surprising. Though Orion was the first to wake between him, Solstice, and Raja. He let the two of them continue to rest at least until a strange white alicorn had stumbled through the bushes on the other side of the meadow. Solstice then awoke and looked around noticing a strange white alicorn, "What's going on?" she asked as she faced Orion.

"I'm...not sure.." he responded, "They just stumbled through the bushes, but there's something about them spooking the herd.." he said almost unsettled about the presence of this alicorn. Solstice studied them from afar, "Just let Scorn and the others take care of it and figure out what's going on. We can't risk anything, and we don't know who or what took Grey Cloud and Minette's foal. We can find out what's going on later." he said not in the mood for anything of the sort. Well the sun was still rising and he seemed to be part asleep still.

Solstice only frowned slightly before she looked at the white alicorn once again, "We don't know why that alicorn is here, but I have to find out why they are here and for what intentions." she said as she slowly started to get worried. It was easy to tell by the way she had looked at him, "You know what Eclipsetess and Everest said about Raja...it worries me. I just want to keep her safe.." she admitted before she looked down, "I don't want Nysa to know either..I don't want her to worry or feel jealous of her sister."

Orion just looked at Solstice then the strange white alicorn, "I understand, but we have to play it careful sometimes. You can't always rush to find out what's going on without thinking about it first then approaching the problem at hand." he said before letting out a sigh, "I know..I'm worried too, but if you go over there you have a strong chance of waking her up and following you. Please just stay pu-" Before Orion could even finish this sentence, Solstice had carefully got up and started walking over to this strange alicorn.

"Try and keep Raja hidden just in case," she said as she walked off curious and cautious of this white alicorn. She hadn't seen a horse as white as that before let alone a alicorn besides Snow. Though she never really got to know Snow all too well before she unexpectedly passed. Either way as Solstice approached Scorn and this alicorn, she overheard the alicorn's name. Bimera. Well she had never heard that name before. Though once Solstice approached them, she didn't hesitate to ask this Bimera a question. "What is your reason to coming here?" she quickly and firmly asked.

Though Solstice could have sounded rude, but she was trying to protect her filly is this alicorn was a threat to her or the rest of the herd. Not to mention the strange disappearance of Grey Cloud and Minette's foal. Despite this, Solstice just left her wings at her sides as she awaited an answer only for her to realize her brother had woken and ended up standing beside her, "Solstice take a breath. You shouldn't be here right now." he said knowing she was tense and worried. Either way he knew there was a strong possibility that she was just going to ignore the words he spoke.

Bemira looked between Scorn, Solstice, and Namir before darting her eyes between Scorn and Solstice. Then Bemira took a gulp and calmed down before thinking and sighing to relax herself further.

"My name is Bemira, and I was just traveling by. Appearantly this is the last isle before the mainland, right? That's what every other isle states when they talk about Isle of Dreams, specifically Golden Valley." Bemira restated her name, before shortly explaining on what she was doing, just a traveling alicorn? That sounds a little suspicious, since traveling horses are usually in a herd and not, alone, specifically alicorns aren't known to travel at all, unless in a herd like Eclipsetess, Solstice, Namir, Raja, and the herd.

"Hmm, traveling you say?" Scorn had growing suspicion about Bemira's explanation. He even furrowed his eyebrows deeply in suspicion, he knows one thing but an alicorn traveling? He doesn't believe that for a minute.

"You do know that alicorns don't travel right? Including pegasi as well. But alicorns and other horses travel in a herd, or a group, but never alone. Unless you're a legend or myth, but alicorns never travel alone." Scorn pawed the ground, he had fair points and even explained it a little himself, but he didn't spoil his explanation. He just- said a little about this and that for a good enough explain to Bemira.

"Oh, well.." Bemira seemed genuinely surprised, this means she never heard of a rule like that before. This was just awkward for Bemira, but she didn't leave or continue onwards yet. She remained still.

"Well, if I know one thing for sure. I've never heard of a rule like that ever in my life." Bemira nodded before holding her head up high in a sassy way. She's gonna get sassy, then she's gonna get a question to her for her behavior or something else entirely.

"Then you must hail from the other isles. Because only alicorns know that rule, besides some growing isles with their populations and traveling between them. But I can think of one isle that follows no rules." Scorn spoke in an inquisitive and he had a smirky grin on his face, he had a thought and he was gonna say it.

"..." Bemira looked surprised then nervous, no horse has ever gotten nervous like Bemira before. This was a new one for everyone actually. Though Bemira shook her head and sighed again, not letting herself get nervous for the moment. She just looked at Scorn, then Solstice and Namir before dragging her eyes back to Solstice.

This was just a shocker since no alicorn has been recorded to ever travel before, only similar ones like Trickster, she's no alicorn but it was a good similarity to differentiate traveling and catching up, but she did it so that she can catch up the group in the original ION, thank goodness she didn't hurt herself when she slid down the hilltop side. Still, traveling is so different compared to catching up to others.

Maybe this was no alicorn, because Bemira didn't even state where she came from as well. And all alicorns include their homelands when they restate their name or share something with Isle of the Mountains to have lived there, but Bemira didn't carry anything with her. Except putting away that regal and royale attire she had on for display. But Scorn does or doesn't recognize Bemira, he's just- over there thinking on who Bemira is. Since this is a first for everyone, Scorn is the oldest and he's trying to remember or see where he had seen Bemira before, but nothing comes to him. Interesting.

"Solstice.." Orion spoke knowing he just wasn't going to get her to stay put. Not when she was worried and trying to help those she cared for. That and she was just too stubborn to listen unless Namir forced her to. Some things just never change. Orion just let out a sigh as he took a quick glance over at his mother before looking down at Raja who was still asleep with one of her black wings covering her little body. The stallion couldn't help but to smile, but it quickly faded as he remembered the filly's future.

Though Solstice just gave her brother a small look before looking this mare up and down carefully. Something about her was off, but what? Nothing good that she knew. "Yes it is, but why did you come here?" she quickly responded almost as soon as Bemira finished speaking, "Where did you come from?" she asked. Although she figured it was the Isle of Mountains where most alicorn are, but not all. She just wanted to know if anyone was in danger, or if she was a part of the kidnappings.

Namir just pinned his ears angered with the way his sister was acting, "Solstice stop. We can take care of this. Just go back to Raja." he said in a firm voice. Though he didn't know anything about Raja and her future, "Sis please just go get some air. You need it. You've been overdoing yourself since you had Raja. We will find them." he said before looking at Scorn for a moment then Bemira. Only then did he return to look at his sister, "Me and Scorn can figure this out." he said repeating himself.

Solstice just gave him a look before giving a small nod. She hadn't realized this mare had spoken once or twice while her brother was speaking, but after a moment she realized what was going on between her and Scorn. It was odd though. Alicorn never travel like that on their own. She was hiding something, and she knew it. Though Solstice just gave the alicorn one last look before she spread her wings and took off. Namir was right she did need to take a breather. She didn't know if Grey Cloud and Minette's foal were in danger, but the thought of them being in danger just upset her. Even her foal's future and the thought of her being kidnapped by another god.

Either way it did feel good to go and stretch her wings since it had been such a long time since she did. Possibly since the day Asher returned, but after some time she did start to enjoy herself. It felt good to stretch her wings, and she took the chance to look around for anything out of the ordinary. Though there was nothing. It wasn't too much longer until she returned to the herd and looked over at Bimera with Scorn and Namir before she returned to Orion and Raja as it seemed the filly had awoken.

As for Nysa, she spent the night with Minette just being there for her. Once she woke up, she noticed a unfamiliar white alicorn mare as well as her mother flying off seeming annoyed or even angered. She knew there was something she was once again keeping from her since that small mare came by the day before. Though Nysa was very curious of Everest. Nonetheless, Nysa just stayed put remaining quiet until Minette woke up to see if she was doing any better then she had been before.

Bemira shook herself of any leaves or sticks that were hidden in her coat, and to get rid of any bugs trying to get on her white coat. Scorn was just giving Bemira a nasty uncomfortable look when she shook herself, well Scorn was not in the mood to see a suspicious white alicorn.

Minette woke up suddenly, checking her side and her foal was not there. Then she got up to look at the forest's edge behind her, she was just surprised. She did calm herself down, though she missed her foal greatly but she'll see her little one someday, probably not just today or for awhile or more..

Bemira looked at her hooves before flapping her wings a little bit, the wings of Bemira were white but also faded to grey at the feathered tips; an unusual thing, but something to note since Bemira is NOT all white, at least her whings are not all completely white..

Minette looked around for bit, around the herd and then noticing a white mare of the alicorn species. To which, Minette started trotting over, curious of the newcomer and who she was. Whilst also taking it easy for now, Minette was pacing her trot and not overworking herself from the shock that she still has.

Bemira shuffled her hooves a bit, then shook herself a 2nd time. Her ears twisted and jerked at Minette's hoofsteps, the grass crunching very softly underneath all the weight from Minette's steps. Though Minette did not go near Bemira, she stayed a little far back since Minette could easily tell by the herd and Scorn and Namir standing around Bemira. But Minette was in awe at Bemira, a beauty of a white alicorn with faded grey feathered wing tips.

Eclipsetess took an interest in counting dandalions, it won't be long that Eclipsetess will collect all the dandlions in the meadow and make a giant mound of dandalions. But Eclipsetess did start making the mound slowly, at least she's busy with something as a mare was playing with Eclipsetess's last and only foal from her twin set, and Eclipsetess always looked over to the mare playing with her foal, her child. And Eclipsetess smiled as she got happy and started counting faster, she also summoned a scoreboard for the dandalion mound pile, Eclipsetess is using her resources at her whim, good.

Bemira made a fake cough before looking curiously at Minette, noticing how the black mare had rainbow faded tips in her mane and tail and even her wings! Such a new thing for Bemira, but she quickly focused at the task at hand and made a 2nd fake cough again. Wanting to take her awkwardness out of the equation, out of the silence that's slowly killing her.

"Well.. if there's nothing else to be said and done. I'd like to move on now." Bemira spoke up, she was thinking before she thought out and spoke her words of choice. She still didn't say anything about where she came from, nor where or who she truly was. Heck, she's growing more suspicion on Scorn and he didn't let Bemira move a single inch, since Bemira is too suspicious to let go right at the moment.

"Hold on, you still didn't state where you came from "Bemira". Nor who you really are, so you don't get to move a single inch." Scorn growled under his words, he really got aggressive with HIS word choice. Now this is why he's was named 'Scorn' its because he gets too suspicious of something and gets aggressive over it, as example of Bemira trying to escape and Scorn got aggro to her. He might even suspect that Bemira horsenapped Grey Cloud his herd member Minette's foal.

"... Uh.." Bemira got surprised, no one has even gotten this aggressive to her and she was downright surprised by this. She might've gotten cocky here and there, but she didn't over do it. But now she backed up, a little frightened by Scorn's now-aggressive-nature to her. And her ears flattened to as well.

Bemira then remembered something, as she smiled before giggling away. One minute she's a little frightened of Scorn, the next she's giggling like a young filly in love or just unusual. Then, Bemira went into flames, not white flames. Just the normal orange, red, and yellow fire, but her eyes were blazing white and so were her nostrils and hooves, a bit of her mane and tail were white as well.

Minette had wide eyes at seeing Bemira be scared, then giggling, and THEN flaming up into a tall flaming horse. Though this brings back memories when Isle of Dreams went up into flames in a sudden second. And this has Minette flatten her ears and back up in fright, Scorn looked surprised and scared by this revelation. No horse has ever done this type of magic before, and it was honestly a fright that brings back horrible memories.

"Now can I move?" Bemira's voice echoed in an aggressive way, Scorn backed up gradually his ears flat and his mouth hung open in an "O" shape. Or just purely hanging down in fright. The other herd members also looked at a flaming Bemira that looks so frightening to see, though also amazing to those who had never seen magic like this from an alicorn.

Bemira began moving, her flaming body moving like a regular horse, but the fire sparked up when Bemira began moving. She was also near the forest edgeline, and this was a fright since Bemira could lit up Isle of Dreams again, but fastly if she wanted too. She could trap all the ones that cannot fly or do not have enough magic to leave the isle quickly.

Eclipsetess smelled smoke and looked up from her dandilion pile to see a flaming Bemira move, it brought Eclipsetess's memories back from when Isle of Dreams went up in flames, when Golden Valley was engulfed, when everyone had to wait for a couple years until the fire died down and it was safe once again. This was a horrible memory since her home burnt once, and now this new revelation was frightening to see.

Eclipsetess didn't hesitate to fly over to her now-only foal and take him by her side to protect him dearly. The foal had no idea until he smelled the smoke and turned his head to see a truly frightening monster moving slowly but also normally. And the little one didn't hesitate to hide under Eclipsetess, truly frightened to his core that a monster or a creature like Bemira had the audacity to use her magic and frighten the foals around here.

"Well... this is... something new... hah..." Eclipsetess joked to herself, laughing nervously at this scene unfolding. She was stuck in her fear but she managed to muster up the courage to look at her foal and nuzzle him to calm himself down and let him know that his mother is there to protect him. Well, everyone can protect each other from Bemira's frightening new appearance and change.

Both Solstice and Orion were silent when she returned from her flight. Occasionally Solstice had looked over in Bemira's direction knowing there was something that wasn't right about her. Though Solstice also kept an eye on Raja as she continued to sleep. She just couldn't let anything happen to her. She didn't know what she would do if she was taken. By a god, or whoever was the cause for the disappearance of Grey Cloud and Minette's foal. Though Solstice once again noticed one of Eclipsetess's foals missing still.

Though Nysa just stayed put as she grazed nearby Minette occasionally looking over at her parents and her sister as well as the strange alicorn mare. Even she knew something wasn't right. It wasn't too much longer until she realized Minette had wakened up, and was still in shock at the disappearance of her newborn foal. Nysa just sighed and stepped over to her nuzzling her without saying a word. At least until Minette caught eye of the alicorn mare and started making her way over, "Minette..wait up..there's something off about her.." she said trying to stop her, but there was no use. Instead Nysa just followed her.

Nysa saw this strange mare watch Minette as she approached before stopping at a distance. Nysa stopped as well beside Minette eyeing the mare a bit before looking at Minette, "We shouldn't be over here.." she whispered seeming nervous now that they were closer to this odd mare, "Come on..let's get out of here.." she mumbled. Nysa was usually never so nervous around someone that she wanted to be far away from them. Well anyone besides Asher who still got to her at times. Maybe more then she would like to admit anyway.

Solstice looked over once again when she noticed Minette trotting over to her brother and Scorn with Nysa following behind. "They know better Solstice. Plus Scorn and Namir won't let them get too close." Orion spoke seeming worried about it as well, but he knew Solstice was worrying more then she should. She was always worrying over the littlest of things. Sometimes he just wished she would just relax and take a break every now and then. Almost like she needed a vacation. Maybe because she did need one, but he knew that wasn't going to happen with Raja being so young.

Though Namir looked over noticing Minette and Nysa, but they weren't too close. "You aren't going anywhere until you answer our questions." he spoke firmly as he returned to look at Bimera, "So why don't you give us some answers." he then added. Maybe even his eyes faintly turned red and glowed as they did in some situations, but for now it was only for a split second. Either way he wasn't messing around, and neither was Scorn. No one was, and he knew very well Bimera was hiding something, but it wasn't going to be hidden for too much longer.

All of the sudden, the mare had burst into flames causing Namir to stand back. Now his eyes were red and glowing as he spread out his wings, "Your the cause of the fire those years ago!" he said confused as he never thought a mare would be the cause of it. Either way the heat was overbearing as he backed up some more. He wasn't sure who this mare was or what her goal was, but he knew they were going to prevent anything from happening. Though Namir hoped they would as he looked over seeing Eclipsetess had rushed to their only foal's side. Now two foals were missing one of his children and his grandchild.

Solstice immediately looked up once the smell of smoke flooded her nostrils. The memory of being trapped in the fire and the burning in her lungs returned to her as she noticed it was the mare that had burst into flames. "She was the cause for the fire that forced us off the Isle! I was trapped inside of it because of her!" she said as she spread out her wings and stood in front of Orion and Raja who had woken up when she too smelt the smoke. Orion just stood up looking at the mare unsure of what was going on and what was going to happen.

Once Bimera burst into flames, Nysa jumped slightly as it was very unexpected. "Come on Minette...l-let's go.." she said urgently not up to dealing with this or even getting involved. Though either way Nysa stayed with Minette. The rest of the herd didn't even know what to do or what to think. As for Moon, the smoke was affecting her a little more because of her age even with the little bit of smoke there was. At least for now that is. Apollo remained closest to her in cause they would have to evacuate again, but he wished they wouldn't have to.

Namir though remained as close to Bimera as his body could handle not letting her get to the herd. Especially the weaker and slower members. "Who are you, and why are you here?" he firmly asked almost like he was demanding an answer. Though he did take a quick second to take a look around the herd. Partly because he didn't want his sister to be anywhere close to this, but he saw her with her family protecting them like she should. The longer Namir was by Bimera though, wasn't helping him as Bimera stepped closer. Even the spot where his shoulder was burned when Dra manipulated Solstice tingled a bit due to the heat..

Minette looked at Nysa before running far away, at least near the herd but far away from the heat of the flames. But Minette's next thought was her mother, and she stopped running before going to her mother's side, hugging Eclipsetess tightly and nuzzling her little brother.

Though Minette looked up to see Bimera, the mare's white eyes still flamed but Bemira squinted her eyes a little bit. It was a very scary situation to be in, or even see in. Scorn had to use his magic to summon his black wings and keep himself protect from the heat, he even gave a nervous straight face when he grunted from the heat a little.

A stallion like Scorn, having the mud-colors would make him feel the heat a lot more than normal, since some of his mud splotches were close to black; and heat next to black can make you feel the heat a lot more than usual, even go into say a heatstroke if you are not careful enough.

Scorn backed up eventually, not wanting to take the heat and just wanted to breath without feeling the heat of the fire in his nostrils, not the smoke but the heat itself in his nostrils. It was very uncomfortable to smell and Sorn did not like that at all, he even tried to look at Bemira, the light of the flames made him unable to see her since Scorn was still close but a bit far away and the light of some flames can be unbearable to look at.

"Well, if you must know.. NOW..." Bimera was about to speak, but something dove down and smacked into her left side, with Bimera hissing as she looked at the sky, unable to see who smacked her. Her tail flicked, setting off a chain reaction with fire, then she refocused on the two in front of her; Scorn and Namir.

But that same mysterious creature that smacked Bimera's side, did it again and again. Doing a series of short offensive attacks, with Bimera hissing each and every time that she got smacked into her side lightly. Then she stopped flaming and went back to her normal white alicorn form, not in her flaming form anymore. And Bimera smiled evily too, before shortly getting interrupted by the mysterious creature hovering slowly but still fastly down to Bimera, then getting into a tussle with her.

When the tussle stopped, a pure white alicorn, made of actual pure light. Had their hoof on Bimera's head, as Bimera was flat-pancaked onto the ground. The mysterious glowing horse got off Bimera, as soon as Bimera said "Really?!". Though the glowing white alicorn bucked Bimera as soon as white alicorn mare was getting up, but she got bucked down again.

"You know what?! I'm done with this!" Bimera flapped her wings, but the glowing white alicorn wasn't having it as it netted Bimera. Though the two shortly got teleported, Bimera and mysterious alicorn disappeared at the same time.

Confusing Scorn on what just happened, though his mind linked and thought that it was a distraction as he looked behind him instantly, counting heads and trotting, cantering, and galloping around to make sure everyone was still there. Not wasting a second.. he was determined to keep everyone together and safe.

"What a devious distraction.. it was good enough to distract everyone. But I'm smart enough to know when a distraction is when, and that's when two horse get randomly teleported out of thin air." Scorn was talking to himself, he accidentally trotted an orbit on two mares on accident, both just random herd members that were confused on what Scorn was doing before he apologized and cantered away before taking off into the sky.

Scorn just left quickly, leaving the herd defenseless. Though he was flying rings around the meadow, keeping heads better that way, he was still risking safety with his herd anyways. But he returned just as fast as when he took off into the sky, and he wasn't gonna let another horse get horsenapped. Not at all.

Eclipsetess just settled down after what happened, laying down in the grass as she got her foal laying down beside her, and Minette looking around with her ears spinning circles before sighing and laying down. Minette then rested her head on her mother's shoulder, sleeping at an arched angle.

But Eclipsetess didn't complain; she just smiled softly and chuckled to herself quietly as her foal also slept against Eclipsetess. Now she was a pillow for her children, it was adorable and sweet at the same time and Eclipsetess also nervously chuckled and smiled before putting her head down on the soft grass, but not sleeping yet. Not yet.

"What a day today.." Eclipsetess mumbled to herself. "First that white alicorn mare comes along, then bursts into flames, before shortly attacked by an unknown light source of pure light. And then teleporting away like that. A truly weird day, and I think everyone will be getting rest to settle down for a few days."

Eclipsetess looked around when she brought her head up, she was just smiling the whole through when she saw herd members laying down in the grass and relaxing. It'll probably be a day or more before another quick and short event happens, but Eclipsetess is prepared and handled to expect events that happen much quicker than just a single event at a time nowadays..

Once Minette ran, so did Nysa. Instead she just went over to her family. Solstice looked her over just in case making sure she wasn't harmed, "Are you okay?" she asked figuring she already knew the answer, but she just had to make sure. Nysa just nodded before glancing at the flaming mare. Solstice just looked at her too now more unsure of anything that's going on now. "We need to figure what's going on before we lose someone else..let alone another foal.." Solstice sighed as she only hoped those missing were unharmed.

Though Namir used his wings to block some of the heat from the rest of his body, but even then it was overwhelming. The only thing he was focused on was containing Bimera and even the fire, but even he wasn't sure how to do that since no one could get close to her without hurting themselves. The mare was even hard to even look at. They were defenseless against her, but Namir still kept on thinking of a plan or something that they could do to stop this mare. If they even could at least.

Only for a strange creature to come out of nowhere and hit Bimera before doing the same over and over again. No one knew what was happening or even what was attacking the mare. Though whatever or whoever it was, was almost like light itself. Before long they both just vanished. Namir slowly brought his wings back to his sides and looked around. Scorn was already checking on the herd before taking off to get a look from up above. Namir though just shook his head some as it still felt like there were flames reaching for his body and smoke entering his lungs.

Once the two alicorns vanished, Solstice looked around before checking on her family. Once she did, she quickly flew over to her brother, "Namir! Are you alright?" she asked mostly concerned about him and even Scorn at that moment since they were closest to the flames and the smoke. Solstice mainly looked over his shoulder knowing that was where she hurt him those years ago. Even if she wasn't in control, she still blamed herself. No matter how many times Namir said it was Dra's fault.

Namir just looked at her once he took a moment to just think, "Just inhaled some smoke is all.." he said slowly, "I'll be fine after I rest some..let's just hope we won't be seeing her again. We're lucky nothing caught on fire." he said before nuzzling her since she was still looking him over, "Sis I'm alright. We'll figure out what's going on, but right now some of us just need to rest." he said before nudging her towards her family before he walked over to his and laid down. For once Namir wasn't being the stubborn one out of the two.

Minette nuzzled her little brother once she had calmed down greatly and got relaxed and comfy, Minette sighed before looking up at the barely cloudy sky, it looked like the clouds were gonna form: but no, the clouds just mosey along as slow as molasses. Minette even giggled a bit since she really was calm and relaxed.

"I think its a bit of time you should play again." Minette looked at her little brother, and smiled softly at him, then Minette got up as her little brother followed along. She did make sure to really look around her surroundings before grazing in a good patch of grass as she watched her little brother chase a small and cute butterfly. Adorable.

Minette sighed, her ears flicked every now and then but she would also instantly look at her brother run along, and sometimes she called him over if he got too far away: she isn't risking anything for a biscuit, not at all, not after what happened just a fewish hours ago.

Minette did wonder if her little brother was Golden Dawn or Blue Arches, since the little brother was in a twin set, and its hard sometimes to tell the difference between two cute foals. Especially if the twin set is a couple of young foaling colts, even though this one little adorable foal is quite active and awake for a non-talking foal.

Minette did think that her little brother should've been able to talk by now, at least a single word to speak, but she never once heard the news that her little brother spoke a word, and she didn't see him talk or ask for something in a foal's cute language.. but Minette put aside her little non-talking brother and just let him have his fun, just not far away from his big sister.

When Minette had grown tired of grazing, her little brother coming back to her by trotting over to Minette. Azulia was unnaturally awake this time, usually she's just sleeping as usual. But no, not this time, though Minette and her brother were already making their way over to where Eclipsetess is still sleeping.

Azulia was looking around, shaking off grass and whatnot. Before getting to grazing around..
