Interested in taking part in developing a versatile breed with spots? Look no further!

Here at the KLU we accept quality bred horses that meet the following blood type:

must be a cross of the following:
• appaloosa

with either:
• dutch warmblood
• trakehner

acceptable out-crosses:
• thoroughbred x knabstrup

KLU registry standards include the following:

- have a minimum of 5000 points earned
- have a minimum of 100 stats
- have no visible inbreeding
- have a minimum of 53 conformation
- stand 15hh or more
- be treated correctly for chosen discipline
- have NSS of 60 or less for chosen discipline
- displays the leopard complex
- does not carry any paint markings, or have ancestors in the past 3 generations with paint markings (To/O/Sp/W/Sb)
