Valentines Rose Help

Hi guys! Over the Valentine's event, I bought a rose and a thorn that I sold off to earn some money. At the very end of the event, I had 34 shards so I bought a rose for myself. When I look in my inventory there is no rose. At first I thought the transaction didn't go through but I saw I only have four shards now. Does anyone know why this is?

Is it possible you turned those shards into hearts but didn't have enough hearts for the rose? Because shards have to be turned into hearts before you can buy anything and it takes 5 shards to make a heart so with 34 shards that would have been 6 hearts, which I don't even think you could buy the plush with that.

^^ As Lily's Place said, it's possible you converted them into hearts. Unless you had other hearts remaining, 6 hearts was not enough to purchase that. The plushie was 10 hearts, I believe that the rose and thorn you're referring to was at least 30 hearts since that's how much the background cost.

Oh wow, I'm so sorry I meant hearts I just mixed up my wording! I'm thinking it may be because I'm level 5 and can't breed yet but then again I had sold two other ones so I thought it would show up in my inventory.

Hm, it should still be in your inventory then regardless of whether you can breed them or not.

Levels don’t affect your purchases or inventory. 

Looking at your user log, you purchased x2 Valentines Rose, no Thorns and traded both away. You can check your user log in your account settings on your homepage.
