Gaining Experience

Hi,

What are the best ways to gain experience? I'm trying to get to level 6 as fast as possible in order to be able to breed my horses but it's taking a while to gain experience. I'm also new to the game so I'm trying to figure everything out.

Is it worth more to enter horses into competitions or riding schools for XP?

Their are different ways that you can earn experience, the more horses you have entered and for how long you've put them  into say (riding school for), that can play a factor in the amount of experience you get. If you take a look at my Dressage Quarter horses: Dressage Quarter Horses you will see that in that barn I've got 50 horses.  

I put them all into riding school everyday for 10 hours (in private lessons), the lessons you put them in really doesn't matter a whole lot, it more or less how long you have had them in the lessons for. ;) - So in other words, the longer you have them in riding school, the more experience and money you earn! :))
