ISO: layout coder or teach me how to code!

I have still many days of deluxe left (and will buy more) so I thought it would be awesome to take the chance of personalizing my page.

I know already tiny bit of coding with HTML and I learn quickly, but I would be more than grateful for any help with it or even willing to pay reasonable amount of EVD for someone doing it for me. 

My idea is fairly simple, including only a few scrollbar boxes and minor changes to the color scheme of my page; like changing the color of the green headers and maybe even try some other font in there. 


Basic elements:
- Color scheme (option two ) ; four colors, mainly blues and maybe some beige or dark grey to add spice. 
- In-frame: At least four boxes with scrollbars. Above the boxes some space for a graphic done by me and to share important notes if needed. 
- If even possible; changing the fonts and bg colors of the green headers in member page. 
- My vision of the layout: Click here. 

Before making any permanent deal, tell me your price value, estimated time and I'd be keen to see your latest works. I am willing to pay minimum of 200-400k for practical, working and eye-pleasing layout. 

2020/09/24 Okay, I already figured out how to get those scrollbar boxes done but I'm still willing to pay to someone who could teach or do me the rest? :)

Well I haven't got any offers and I thought It might be because I didn't give any visual sense of what I'm looking for. 

Behind this link is my visual idea for the layout: Example of my idea. I am willing to pay with EV dollars, [Real money cannot be used to buy or sell on EV] or some credits. Maybe you need some EV cash and a few credits?

So we actually only have a few coders on here that can do layouts, so I believe that is why you had no bites. So it can be hit or miss due to most being busy. I can do a layout for you though.

A couple notes I want to add first though is:
 - Please try not to make multiple posts in a thread and instead, edit your original post to apply any new information you are wanting to add because it is considered spamming. There is also a Bump Topic option you can use 3 times a day.
- Real money cannot be used for any purpose on EV. So art, layouts, etc, can only be sold and bought for Equiverse currency.

I've done others, but I forget who or they've had layout changes since I did theirs, etc.

I normally charge 150k EVD but I take equal EVC too.

You have done some amazing layouts and I would certainly love to have your hands on my idea. Your prices are not that bad either, 150k sounds so little of all the work.
