A character for Billy

I'm searching for someone that'd be able to make my horse into a character, he's a multicolored (mostly red) leopard appaloosa gelding. Doesn't need to be super accurate, but I'd have to be able to tell that it's him. I've got a few good pictures of around his body, he acts like a big dog and is a goof ball and stubborn sometimes. Doesn't really matter what type of lines as long as it fits well together then that'd be great. As for payment, I can pay evd, evc, or a combination. Let me know your prices and art examples. Yes he does have little red freckles almost everywhere on his body, I would like to also say that he's the escapee and is a huge sucker for treats(hes broken a car window with his big head trying to get some)
