You must also be a member of the EDF.} ^{4. You can use any decorations or backgrounds you want.} ^{5. Horses must be under the age of 17 when entered. 6. You may not give backgrounds of decorations to other players. You must use your own that you bought or already have. 7. The deadline to enter will be September 20th.
