Traditional? +critique please

So, I have some sketches here (all from this week) :

Anyways, I'd love some critique on these and some tips for improving 
I feel pretty happy with these, but I love knowing what I can do better to work on improving my skills in traditional art

+ I was curious how many people would purchase the sketches or be open to a partnership (sort of like a I make sketches, someone turns it into digital lines or whatever ~tags,sigs,largeart,etc.~ and I gain a small part of the profit?)
