I would suggest looking at irl references and basing your designs on real life aspects of reptiles and maybe even some birds. Even though dragons are mythical creatures, they do draw a lot of inspiration from animals that exist, that's one of the things that make them so fun to draw! You can really let your imagination at it! All you need to do is make sure it has anatomy that looks like it could be a real animal.
There's plenty of how-to-draw resources for dragons in books and online, too. Those will also help you get anatomy down.

Overall these are really neat looking and it's great you're looking for improvement! Every artist at every stage can always improve their work.

They remind me a lot of the sketches in the How to Train Your Dragon books. :)

I'd recommend Drawing Dragons by Sandra Staple. Uber helpful, especially if you want to make them more 'realistic'.

@Shinkui I actually have a gecko who lends me a hand on dragon anatomy ;) , but thank you for your tips, I will try to do that!

@Silver Fay I didn't realize how much they look like the sketches in the Train Your Dragon book, until I researched it!

Thank you everyone for your help!
