Frosted: Wacom tablet gift!!! :O

Hi Guys!!!!
First of all, the BIG news: I GRADUATED with my masters degree after a long long haul at it. There were times I wasn't so sure I'd make it, but I've finally defended my thesis and it's published wooo! I'm DONE university!!!! It still hasn't even sunken in yet, truth be told!

One of my nearest and dearest friends (she's like my second mom) gave me a most amazing graduation gift: a Wacom art tablet. I literally squealed when I got it! Gone will be my days of doing digital art with my pointer finger on my track pad! 

I installed the wacom tablet to my computer, but I'm not sure from there what to do. I guess I had assumed there was a free art program that was downloaded with the installation of the wacom tablet, but that isn't the case. Can any of you help me in terms of art programs? Do I have to pay and download one that is compatible with wacom online? 

Or do you just use your tablet and resume using GIMP or PS?

I don’t have any advice on the art, but wanted to say a huge congrats for graduating and best of luck with whatever you decide to do next!! :D

I have a wacom tablet, but I can't remember how I set it up...maybe this site will help? :) I'm pretty sure an art program doesn't come with it, I was able to use it with Firealpaca c:

You'll probably want to fiddle around with your tablets preferences to set all the buttons. If you're not sure where to find that just search Wacom on your computer and you should find it. 
Once that's done then open up whatever art program you have and see if pressure sensitivity works in it. If it doesn't yet then go to the program preferences, there should be a tablet option where you can enable it ^-^
Be warned though, depending on how new the tablet is it may be buggy if your art program hasn't had an update recently (or your computer runs a crappy update and now hates tablets in general, yayyyyy windows 10 is just so much fun)
