Hi, I noticed that some horses get foals without the owner being online and giving approvals for studs. How can that be? Can I get studs from stallions for public stud whose owners have not been online for a long time?

I don't 100% understand your question but if the owner of a public stud has progressed their account that day, all their public broods/studs will be able to be bred to anyone who requests it. I hope this helps you!

I’m pretty sure that if the horse is up for public stud, you don’t need to wait for the owner to progress their account because you don’t need their approval
