Accidently set wrong specialty

I accidently set the wrong specialty for my horse and I did remember something about an item you can use to change it, but I am not sure which item it was.. Could someone tell me what its called? And does this have any negative effects on my horse? :) Thanks in advance!

There used to be an item called a Specialty Swap(or wand), but in the new version that was discontinued and instead you can use the Training center in the town and go to Convert training. Unlike the former Wands convert training costs only 10k the first time you use it! Though changes to a specialty after that requires 2 EVC.
