Taking a new job! Mixed feelings

I have decided after the 3rd time applying with a particular company and being offered a position I have accepted it.

I feel like going from a nonprofit to for profit business is never good. This happened to the hospital in my college town, and it's gone downhill ever since. I hope all the residents at the home will be okay!

I'm sorry about your situation, Olympea. I had a similar situation with my last job. The management and many of the DSPs just didn't care about the people we cared for. I left because I couldn't take it anymore. Unfortunately I can't see them anymore. I miss them every day. I'm so glad you'll still be able to visit them. I hope you have a much better experience at your new job.
