So I have been riding for 9 years now. I learned dressage for the first 3 years but th3n my barn moved to Idaho! So for the past 6 years I have been at a barn that is like a hour away and only ride about once a month I only go up to do gaming shows. But now I am starting gaming lessons! I am so excited. They will be once a week. Any helpful hints/tips? Also, how long have y'all been riding and what displicine do you ride? Thanks!

I grew up always around horses as my parents bred Miniatures, showed Arabians, and rescued horses for years. I grew up riding western and just doing trail riding. Then, in 2012 attended an English riding school once a week for the next two years. Doing hunter jumper, walk/trot/canter, and fun games/challenges. I never did any showing.

Oh that sounds fun :) don't have any tips though

I started riding when I was 4 yrs old and basically grew up around them, my pops(not my real pops just an old man I grew up around) owned quiet a few horses. He bought horses from auctions trained them fattend them up and sold them again. He also bred a few of horses. But I grew up riding and training and gentling down horses and foals. I stopped riding when I was about 17 years old, (you can do the math lol) I just grew apart from horses and lost interest. Don't get me wrong I still love them I'm just not crazy about them anymore to want to ride. I rode western and never did English, I did barrels for fun but was never interested in competing. I think deep down my post wanted me to ever since I kind of claimed his best mare as my own that would of done great at rodeos XD
