Horse Raffle!

I am giving away horses through a raffle!

So, each horse is numbered. You have to chose the horse you want, then pick a number for yourself between 1 and 100.
Each horse will have it's own raffle.

So for example.

I chose horse number 22.
My number is 50
For that same horse another player picks their number, say 20.
so on so on.
Then I enter everyone's numbers in a random number generator and the number/player that wins is the winner of the horse.

Horses are numbered 1-22.
Players choose a number 1-100.

Ticket cost: 1000 EVD.

5 tickets per player but 1 ticket per horse.
