[Io] New Reference For Karuna - 200k Prize

I am looking for a new ref sheet for Karuna-


Requirements:
->Double sided
->At least one side to be shaded
->I would like two smaller images underneath of her without mane and tail, facing both directions. These can be shaded or not shaded.
->Colour palette.
->Lines must be adult mare.
->No free to use lines.
->Lines must be the sameish build as her ref now.
->Unlimited entries per person.
->End date: TBD, but it won't finish before the end of January.
->Please don't be offended if I don't pick you.
->No traditional art, I'm sorry it will just be very hard to work out the colours for YHH style art.
->nebula's credit must be on for the original design.
->Text ideas: Owned and loved by Io, Karuna's name at the top in big lettering?
->Any kind of background is fine, but I would love something like this (see Tyr's entry). Something almost suggesting that there are images behind. Please no actual background images (like I don't want a pic of the beach). One - colour bgs are cool too, but if they fade around or have different textures that is a big bonus 8D. I think pastel colours would look cute.
->If you don't win, you may only sell the entry if you change it so it doesn't resemble Karuna anymore.
->Close ups of her head are a bonus but not required.

I think you'd likely have better luck commissioning someone for this rather than holding a contest. You're looking for a pretty specific kind of ref and people likely won't want to enter without a guarantee of a payout, especially when the prize is only 200k.
