I have really gotten into breeding for leg markings to make horse more unique. And it is getting really irritating that leg markings don't seem to be passing to foals hardly ever. >.< I know this was an issue a while back but I having been having a terrible time trying to get leg markings on my foals, especially when I breed horses together that both have leg markings. The more white legs a parent has seems to play little to not at all into my odds of having foals with leg markings.

Oh god, not again. This happened some time back and was eventually resolved, but if it's happening again... ugh.

I never really noticed a huge difference, get the occasional markings with the improved inheritance but the majority of my horses still have none or very few markings. Face markings seem okay. Just takes one bad inheritance to lose markings in that line lol.

I actually quite like plain horses, but it was only when I read this post and looked through my foals I noticed some of them only seemed to have leg markings/face markings due to their coat patterns. I've actually realised none of my Andalusians have any face or leg markings at all (lol!) and that most of my non-foundation Trakehners have greyed out so I can't tell (I bought them greying) or seem to only have leg markings due to their coat patterns. With Gypsy's it's hard to tell as they have coat patterns again, but my TB's mostly have no markings. However, this is also down to one of my TB broodmares having no markings at all, and some of my other TBs being from grey parents so I can't tell if parents had leg markings or not. Tekes I don't think my horses have many white markings either. Now that I've noticed it, it's going to bug me lol

Abbey updated the code to leg marking inheritance, so this should change.
