Noto Needs a Layout (Contest)

I need a new one :3 I want to have a contest to see what you guys can whip up for me! I would like the header with my name, a full manip, background, and some text boxes. Let's see what you can do eh?

I'm willing to put up 3 Million EVD for this great effort from yous guys. 


Here's a few things that I like:
* Non horse layouts - I've had peacock layouts before ...they are lovely birds. I wouldn't mind elk or any other majestic looking animal. I have quite a few different looking horse breeds on my account so I don't want to necessarily be hindered to one style of horse on my account..as if that is what is defining me, sort of thing. Or you could just surprise me.

* My stable is "Wild Oaks Stables" so anything along the lines of that to give you background for the manip option/theme. I come from East Texas, but most of my family is from Louisiana. I hold a spot in my heart for the old oak trees covered in spanish moss. Love. Any other forest theme could do just as well. Or you could just surprise me.

* Scrolling text boxes. There needs to be some :3 On my current layout I liked the amount that I had, so you can use that as a reference.

* I like muted jewel colors, mauve, grey-ish blues, etc. 



No end date as of yet, I want you guys to have fun with making this, not hassling over meeting a deadline. Let me know if you need any other information. Oh and btw, I use Google Chrome.

I'm willing to try and enter after I finish all my art orders. Are we allowed to re-sell as a premade or whatever if we aren't picked? I just don't want to make something and have it wasted if it's not picked.

Sure, that's not a problem. 

I have no problem You changing your layout whatsoever :) but the image shows up just fine atm :)

Hmm, weird. The image was showing up broken the other day. Regardless, I think I need a change :3
