Help!?

My home page has gone wacky! everything is huge I don't know if I am the only one who can see it or what but, I can not edit my page at all cause I can't see anything it is so huge, I don't no where the button is to save settings that I edit on my page, it is off the screen, and no I am not zoomed in at all it has nothing to do with my computer.

Phew, I fixed I had to find the update setting button and get rid of everything my page had on it, it was very hard and disorienting finding the button and just trying to navigate the page I zoomed all the way out on the page and that really did not do anything but I fixed it, found the button in the mass of jumbled words there was text over text it has made my head hurt and made me feel a little sick but at least I fixed that

Ack that scared me. This was also a proble like this but much different, maybe this would help?
