What is this magic? Do I need to sacrifice a goat or something to get these horses? They are the best Confo of the breed and even maybe of all time(not dead) and I need to figure out do I need to eat dog food or some weird thing to get these horses. I want!

I think these are custom horses? They are bought for 15 credits each through the Credit Shop.

they're pre-recode horses. 

prior to the recode, any conformation was possible in a store horse. Now only 45~65 is possible :)
