Sab's EV Tools, Information and Guides

Hello everyone! I've worked on and off on some EV tools and guides for over a year now and I've finally found my last formula to finish it off so it's time to share. If you have questions or want to suggest something feel free to post or message me. I hope some of this can help you attain your goals on EV.

EV Tools and Information (+CMP) -Google Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet includes all gathered information on Levels and Grades, A Horse Cost Calculator, a Tack Upgrade Calculator, and an Expansion Calculator for your horse space, stables and arenas. Also includes a sheet on the Current Market Price (or CMP) of items available in the game.* In this document you can select and input data to find the cost of your projects. Feel free to make your own copy and play with it at will if you would like to have different criteria.
*Note that this is not actually current with item market prices, but only with established game prices and is out of date in 2018

EV Horse Pricing Tool -Google Spreadsheet
This Spreadsheet includes two tools that can help with pricing your horses to sell. It offers simple math calculations based on user input data. It is experimental and only based on some general valuations but can give a good starting point for anyone unsure what they want to do. I tend to steer towards round numbers in the 10-50k range based generally on experience.

Sab's Guides:
These guides were created in order to try and help users be more successful in playing the game if they chose to play in this fashion. They are by no means the only way to play or the best way, just explanations about my way based on my years of experience with EV. If you have your own tips or tricks to add into the guides I'm happy to edit them in with your credit.

Your guide about making money, about interest, says "You get .25% as a Basic member and .5% as a Deluxe member." Is that a typo?

.5% would be 50% ; .05% would be the single number

Not a typo! it's .5%, or half of one percent as a deluxe member and .25% or one quarter of a percent for basic members.
If you wanted to actually calculate the number you would times your bank balance by .005 for example if you had $100,000 in the bank then as a deluxe you would gain 100,000x.005 = 5,000 per day. As a basic it's .25 percent so 100,000x.0025 = 2,500 per day.

Does that make sense?

Another Guide update! There's been a lot of talk about "the horse market" and while I can't offer actual help improving it I can hopefully help people understand some of buying and selling! I'm also offering the Horse Pricing Tool, with the caveat that it's only got experimental values in it for options and won't actually help you sell a horse.
